The POND TOUCHER ignores your friendly advances. You fire several rounds into the water toward the wavering dark shape.

The POND TOUCHER moves underwatwer. A shape is rising toward the surface! Its GURGLEBAR is almost full!

Sedate the toucher. Then paddle away from the shape with the YARDSTICK.

Dunno.

You do know that you can't just reverse spells, like casting Develop backward to make someone weaker or something. You could probably mix up a potion or check your main spellbook up in your tower, if your GIFTLESS APPRENTICE hasn't burned the place down by now.
