Hotkeys for max/0 barrels/bins for stockpiles

Big stockpiles can have hundreds of barrels or bins, and you can only change its allocation by one barrel at a time.  I'd like to request hotkeys that set barrels or bins to "0" or "maximum".

Nifty, thanks.  Does the "Reserved Barrels/Bins" setting (when you first create the stockpile) do anything?

"Reserved Barrels/Bins" is a global setting that makes a certain number of empties stay empty.  If there are 5 reserved barrels, no stockpile will claim an empty barrel until you have at least 6 laying around.  In this way you can ensure that jobs like making alcohol always have free barrels available.
