My war dog is listed as needing a diagnosis but the doctor ain't doing anything about it

That's supposed to be the Animal Caretaker's job. No idea how it's supposed to work though, in 40d it seemed to be automagical.

in 40d, it didn't do anything. Animal Caretakers would walk by an injured critter, get exp and the critter would be no better off.
