But I agree that StackOverflow would be a good place to ask about Eiffel.

I don't think it's a derail, just, uh... discussing more interesting things. Asking for Eiffel advice on Bay12 is like... asking for modern sculpture favorites. I only met two people with Eiffel knowledge. One was a tenured prof. teaching CS, and the other learned it purely for fun.
