Tearing things off is much easier if you make the other guy pass out first, just like with all other wrestling moves.  As a 40d kobold adventurer, I crippled every single joint on giants and cyclops and things regularly, by stabbing them with a spear until they passed out first.  Great way to train wrestling.

I think the target must be weaker than you. Go find some human children.
I've been attempting it on unconscious elven children. Still no luck.. maybe it's because I'm an elf..

As I made clear previously, dirty hippies cannot proform the deadly head pinch.

This just in:

Play Bronze Colossus
Fight Dragon
Knock dragon out
Grab head.
Plant foot on neck (Just a cosmetic touch, doesn't actually have any effect, grab throat with either foot)
Pinch head
Fatality.

Oh god, I just pinched out all a human's teeth and was halfway through his toes when he bled to death.

Playing a BC in Arena mode, I feel like one of those kids that pulls the legs off of Granddaddy longlegs.

I took a moment as a cyclops to perform spontaneous dentistry on a group of dark gnomes.

I was in the process of removing all facial features from one of them (ears, eyes, nose) when I got bored and just started throwing them into the walls so that they were reduced to their component parts.

Now, since throwing direction is random, I'd occasionally throw a gnome into myself, causing me to fall over.  I can only imagine what that must look like.

This exact thing is literally what I just did.  Were you throwing them from the top of the pyramid in the arena, too?

No, I was inside the main room in the lower right, just underneath the fortifications.  Walls were closer, so I could see them splatter.

Turned that place into an abattoir.

I also took the time to rip a few of them apart by pinching off their lower/upper bodies.  Then I drank their blood and jumped in some magma to see if I could jump into the water before I melted.

No, it's 'pinch'.  Grab someone with your hand (needs to be a "GRASP" bodypart) and it will show up on the wrestling list.

It used to be damn near pointless, causing no physical damage beyond a little pain...  Now, it's capable of squeezing the heads off of rats like they were large furry pimples.

Most likely you're grabbing them with some body party other than "Left hand" or "Right hand".  Either that, or you've taken over a creature that has hands but cannot grasp, such as a bonobo or chimpanzee.
