after brief testing with "furnace operator" my dwarf in less than a minute at 60 FPS went from adequate to the next step.

I'll see if I could train multiple skills now

Does anyone have a list of available skills?

has to be on this list.

I'm trying jobs, but I don't think that'll work.

I have multiple skills on the same reaction right now, it seems it may make it so you gain zero skill in any of the skills on the list... I'm just waiting on DF at the moment.

Only the last skill on the list, which the dwarf is allowed to do, receives any skill points.

Anything in caps between the strings are skills.

I went from 8 workings skills... tooooo... about 80 working skills... now i just need to weed through... EIGHTY skills to make sure none do the same thing as another. I'll have a list up ... eventually

There doesn't seem to be a high overlap in skills. Some of them don't seem to apply to Dwarves either, like GRASP_STRIKE, MELEE_COMBAT, RANGED_COMBAT, and a few others.

Then there are a few others in there that don't matter. Heh.

Well I figure as much, cause other creatures have skills. However I'm going to be testing to see the effect of the skills being trained on a dwarf using a workshop and see what happens.

Watching an LP of Paper Mario and debating about just hammering out the skills real quick...

Good luck! Though, I also believe that you could use the Therapist for it. Each rep seems to increase the skill in question by 30 exp. So get a dwarf with no skills at all, run the reaction and see what it increased.

I don't have a suggestion at the moment but a question or 2.

1) Where did you find the writer/scribe skill?!
2) Does it have any effect in game currently?

Question: Has anyone tested to see if reactions permitted in an entity has any effect on those products being available for trade from that civ?

I think you can make liquids fine, if you remember to get an empty barrel/vial and make sure that the [PRODUCT_TO_CONTAINER:X] tag on the liquid component.

Not absolutely sure there, though.
