No Military and everything has been looked at, but I haven't seen anyone mention this yet...

You need to make Waterskins (Flasks) to keep your Soldiers quenched so I made a few with my starting leather along with some backpacks for food. After finally getting the main storage places of my Fort up and running, I deconstruct the leatherworkers to bring the workshop inside aswell. I then notice that dispite having had a finished Goods Stockpile for 2/3 of the year after making the Waterskins. The Flasks now are sprayed all over the grass outside and No one is coming to pick them up...

Granted I can just wait till I make more squad members to carry the flasks but none the less...

I'm experiencing this too. 

But I think the real bug is to do with the creation of flasks at the leatherworks instead of waterskins.  I thought flasks were glass objects for storing extracts.
