I am trying to build a skyscraper fort, and pretty much every time I order a wall built a dwarf stands on one of the walls, I get a message saying that the job was suspended because a creature was blocking the site. Now, the dwarf which WAS just there briefly for whatever reason stays there for about 30 seconds (at speed:1) and until he leaves whenever I try to build any other wall it says that either no building materials are available or only a few, when I actually have hundreds. WTF is going on?
