0.31.01 wood burning?

Where is the 'wood burning' labor? I have an abundance of coal, but I require one block of charcoal to begin the production of said coal into coke. I did not begin with a woodburner, so I want to set a migrant's labor to include woodburning, but I don't know where that labor is!

I'd never had woodburners in the previous version. I brought enough fuel to start a coal refining operation, but with the reduced embark points I decided to skimp on that little bit. Thank you!
