I just noticed you can't take someones eyeballs and inner organs like you do with almost any other part. I just want to strangle someone with their innards.

Yeah, I guess in my view of gut wrestling, they didn't necessarily have to be a separate item so I wasn't in that frame of mind.  You can 'take' somebody's eye without claiming possession of it, but I suppose the original poster might want an item as well.  An item can be arranged at some point.  And teeth and stuff.
