I think the only explanation is that you pinched his head so hard that you damaged his brain?

Head injuries are extremely fatal now.

Well, you know how if you take your thumb and forefinger and hold them up to your eye, you can make it look like you're squishing someone's head? It's like that, only for real.

You can also use pinching to rip out teeth. I plan on making a mad dentist, roaming the planet, performing unexpected oral surgery. (I... may have listened to the song "Dentist" from Little Shop of Horrors earlier)

hm, i'm seeing it as either:
crushing the head in your entire hand
OR
just plain ripping it off in a random direction.
makes sense since you could do that only to unconsious enemies. trying to pull their head off wouldn't work unless they're asleep. i try to keep the thought that pinching is either taking hold of the skin and pulling (Lower/Upper Body, Leg, Etc.) or just pulling at the part until it flies off.
