Lol. I apologize, I did not have the Weapon and Armor Bins in my workshop, They were merely lying on the ground and no Dwarf picked them up to stock them.
Thanks for that bit of info on the Stockpile numbers.

I doubt someone with the answer you seek will stumble on your message here. Try asking on this forum topic. They should know what to tell you.

A dwarf wants to heal.  A dwarf is motivated to heal.  A dwarf is, by Armok, going to heal or die trying!  Because if he doesn't heal, he doesn't get alcohol.

How do I stop my legendary miners throwing their picks to one side when I draft them into the military?
Unassign them from Mining first.  Then draft them into the military.

Same with Hunters and Woodcutters.

Has the "Improved Hauling" or "Reduce FPS Death" updates occurred yet? (Haven't followed the recent updates closely)

Improved hauling has not. Reduce FPS Death has not been handled specifically, but I have noticed slight FPS increases over the past few versions.

Yes, if your hunter can path there.

ive been fiddling with the latest version of the lazy newb pack (I was on 31.21 or something) and now i find myself facing unnumbered water tiles and I dont like it at all. Is it the latest phoebus set or DF that made that change?

Edit: Or is it a lazy newb pack mod of some sort?

EDIT EDIT. Found it. Liquid Depth switched on, thank you very much lazy newb pack.

Yes, if your hunter can path there.

Just follow the trail of blood, and you'll find your hunter.  Or parts of her.

It's been a while since I've gotten thief's in my fort. Instead of killing him out right. Is there a way I can order dwarf to subdue him and cage him for science?

I have cage traps set up but I'd rather not have to wait for him to stumble onto a trap.

What's the fastest way to piss off elves?

I've murdered and seized several of their caravans already and they just keep bringing me free stuff despite the pile of their slain brethren decorating my fortress entrance. Would I be better off just trying to give them wood or charcoal? I really want some elf sieges...

Also, do I have to worry about elf ghosts haunting my fortress? I'd prefer to deal with the bodies in the most undignified way possible.

You're on the right track. I'm not sure about ghosts. Ive only encountered them once and they were already at my embark.

Any one answer me question please and thanks you?

Could anyone tell me a how I can pump up the savagery in the advanced perimeters? Because all the evil places end up ether being sinister or haunted instead of being the preferred terrifying which is a lot more funner.
