How can i unlock or create maga forges? i don't seem to have this option
Magma forges are unlocked when you discover a naturally-occurring body of magma.  Typically, this happens if you either embark on a volcano site and discover the volcano, or dig down and reveal the magma sea.  Using a memory hack tool to spawn magma on your map without discovering a naturally occurring body of magma will not unlock magma forges.

i was gonna ask why is that forgotten beast meat goes rotten so fast? i have butchered elephants and then teh meat stays good but for some reason with forgotten beast meat it goes bad RIGHT away after i butcher it.

Forgotten beast meat shouldn't rot any faster than normal meat, but because forgotten beasts tend to produce such absurdly large stacks of meat it may take too long for your dwarves to get around to putting them in a food stockpile.  If you're really worried, make sure you have a dedicated meat stockpile next to your butcher's shop.

Does an export ban on gold count rose gold items and/or items studded with gold?

Why was the option to embark on other civilization sites removed?

You have to find magma first. Breach the magma sea, embark on a volcano, that sort of thing.

I don't think it's a bug, it's relative size. Your world/embark evidently started with bigger-than-normal creatures and through reproduction these traits are kept.

So mostly only you.

I have never seen a cat or dog which wasn't gigantic/enormous/what have you. Ever.

Dwarf Fortress is a terrifying place.
The world would be a much more terrifying place indeed if we are also 3 feet tall.

Is it relative to race? I'm fairly sure they appear that way for elves and humans, too.

Most animals appear to be gigantic on all the worlds I've generated.

I often see animals with no size descriptor, though never any 'small' as far as I know. Enormous or gigantic seem common, though. Most of the horses I've got in my current fort are gigantic with either lots of fat or incredible muscles.

Build a lot of cage traps in a hallway, and have one of the hallway's walls as fortifications.
Chain the GCS near the other side of the fortifications, and I think it will web any hostiles going by.

If you're really worried, make sure you have a dedicated meat stockpile next to your butcher's shop.
And, if necessary, deconstruct and reconstruct the butcher's shop, which will shunt the meat onto the stockpile.

I am trying to make chickens lay bees as eggs. So far it only produces a single "Tame Small Creature" when a hen lays bees.
Honestly at the time, I didn't see what could go wrong with crowding 80 military Dwarves into a small room with a necromancer for the purpose of making bacon.
