[0.31.01] Tower-cap logs not logs?

I did a DIY build and brought along about 10 tower-cap logs. I couldn't get any dwarf with the furnace operator skill to make charcoal, and when I made a Carpenter's workshop and tried to make something I got this:




So ya, tower-cap logs are not logs.

Making charcoal requires Wood Burning, not Furnace Operating.
It is in 'Farming and related' section for some reason.

As for carpenter complaining about lack of logs, I have some strange problems too. Seems that sometimes dwarves consider perfectly accesible items as inaccessible for some strange reason.

It let me make my wagon's logs into beds just fine.

Yes, tower caps and all things made of such an item are white, also there is more than one kind of underground tree, each  with a different color.
