- UG farming seems broken. :(
I set up 2 farmplots, one on loam, one on red sand.
I got all UG seeds, neatly stored in bags in a seed-only stockpile.
Yet, when I try to designate crops to the farms, they say 'no seeds available for this location'

- Plant stockpiles list all trees amongst possible entries

- Plant stockpiles have an invisible entry at the bottom of the list

- fish / raw fish stockpiles list all entries double

Shield bash NEVER does damage with a wooden shield, even when done by a superelvenly strong elf and you're attacking a wrestling-stripped naked unconscious weak human missing limbs and already red from hitting with a wooden sword.

The bash attacks with the shield always glance away. Tested this on wolves too.

Not a bug for me... I got the same, but when you set the farm plot up it states that you need mud to make use of underground farms. I've just muddied the ground and I can plant the usual underground crops.

i have a gamebraking one

i can't use the - and + keys in-game, so i cant select skills, select materials and so on
i dl'ed the game from m1, tried to fix it with changing keybinds, but it didnt work out
then i dl'ed from other mirror, still had the same bs
maydays version has the same thing, so i believe that its somehow my fault

im running on newest vista with e8400 and gtx280 if it matters

please help asap

Ok, I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but I might as well share this...

Some reason on my first area I embarked on, I got this.... "platuea volcano"

It just sticks out of the ground like a pipe and stands tall. In this case here, it stand about 4 z levels tall before any ground comes in contact with it.

From my logic, volcanos don't usually form like that, but if somebody knows one that does, feel free to say something.

Also I noticed that for the most part Volcanos seem to have a rather consistant shape to them. Donno if that's a plus or not, but it seem strange.

I have a few: 

1) I've gotten a few dwarves with: "She likes to consume she"
2) Traction Benches do not list material in Job manager screen (just lots of Make Traction Bench entries)
3) Making metal goblets seems to get me a lot of Iron goblets, regardless of the metal type used. Not sure if this applys to other crafts yet, but having my gold turn to iron was a bit annoying.

I also had the game crash on me, but haven't been able to determine why.

I tried using the site finder, looking for low evil, flux, and no aquifers.  The finder went through all 250+ sections on a large map.  At the end the screen went black and a new window called C++ Visual Runtime Library popped up.  It was blank, and nothing could be done except hit the close window button, which killed the whole program.

Anything that happens in your land is your fault.  If the merchants decided to show up next to a volcano and jump in, it would still (somehow) be your fault.  If their liaison dies of old age on your doorstep, it's your fault.  If you accidentally lock the elves in the depot and wait until they're insane to capture them in cages and then lock the next group of elves in the depot and unleash the insane elves their cages, that's still somehow your fault.

Game crashes every time I try to world-gen or go to arena D:
has anybody else encountered this problem?
I got an error message every time I tried to generate a world - something to the effect of, "One of your compressed files contains errors. Please use a backup." At first I thought I had a corrupted download.

Moving the game folder to the desktop or elsewhere seemed to do the trick. It was originally in /Program Files (x86)/.

My farm plots (on mud) are working.


WORKAROUND for stuck on workshops: my miner was stuck on a Mechanic's Shop. When I destroyed it, he was still stuck. When I saved and reloaded he wasn't stuck anymore.
