I was going to post a reply to the arguments at the end of page 2, but Aqizzar? That's terrible.  Wow.  Record lows for humanity.

Well of course, that was implied. The point is that it IS the 21st century and we know certain things are bogus, like rain dances. Now if the plaintiff were, say, a recent immigrant from a tiny South Pacific island, maybe the case could stand, but I doubt it even then.
