Ah.... we killed a ogretroll, I went berserk in TOAST, got awesome powers, then we flew around to kill some space aliens, but retreated due to lack of weapons. We then went back out, killed it, then we ended up here, I went on a Kobold Killing Spree..... that's as far as I know.

Not really... we went to nethack and fought off some jackels... then you went crazy and BLEW THE ENTIRE PLACE UP. then we ended up here, headed to fight the next corrupt creature.

Erm... maybe you should reread the thread from the beginning...

Basically, these computer gods called upon all the players to gather together into a group and kick some ass. They can only barely control anything anymore, and they fling you rather abruptly into the action. Everyone gets familiar with each other and they dispatch a rather weak corrupted entity with only minor effort. After that, the god-AIs manage to get you to one of the larger TOAST Industries installations, where you get equipped and take down a larger corrupted entity with significantly more difficulty. After that, you were taken to Nethack, where I got bored and ExKirby nuked everything to hell. After that, you got a barely interpretable message from the gods (did anyone understand that message? Even if you don't understand the text, the message's nature should tell you something. Its meaning will become blatantly clear after you take out the corrupted entity in this area) and were taken to the world of Youtube Poop. You met with the King, boarded his ship, and are now stopped at the TOAST Industries installation at Koradai for refueling.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

No idea what that message said. All I can guess is that it was some sort of warning about whatever is here.

i'm not in the mood to trawl through the thread to get all the details right now, but what i'm working off is something has corrupted parts of the net and the gods have chosen us to fix it, i think TOAST has a connection to the gods somehow but i'm pretty sure that wasn't mentioned directly (they also seem to monitor a lot of stuff, like when i tried to transform) that's all i have off the top of my head, no doubt i could correct/add to  it if i bothered to trawl through the tread and make notes

Yeah, you've got the important parts down. Glad to see someone's actually paying attention. :P

Hmm... that hadn't occurred to me. Maybe someone should ask them for some answers, though there's a good chance they won't listen(the gods, not TOAST).

Come to think of it, no one's really been trying to find out more about this corruption we're fighting, we've just been fighting from one to the next like this was some sort of on-rails shooter... which is probably what Schilcote is annoyed about.

Protip: If you don't want people to be focused on fighting and killing, don't put fights as the problem.

Also, I have no idea what's going on, but that's mostly due to finals.

In the name of doing something I think make sense: >Use rock launcher to blast moat around base.

Already wrote the turn, and your action factored into the turn too heavily to change. Turn out TOAST Industries chicks dig mad scientists.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Dragnar: 3

You fly at the hydralisks!
Drill charge: 5! Using your rockets and flight implant, you rush the Zerg! You impale one of them with your drill! YEAH WHERE'S YOUR ZERG RUSH NOW BISH

Qwertyuiopas: 3

"#######cu####th#######c###ut######tha#####out#######it#####its####is####s###si#####sl###si#######ly"
"###I####m#####Im######f#####dy####dy###ing####up#####he####h###re#######"
"######y##ou####y###you####re######g###go####go#in######t##t###o##to###n####nee####d###th###is###"

You gain some sort of Understanding (?????).

Tehstefan: 3

You waltz into the base, bringing NUKM along so as not to look out of place. Plus, walking besides such an incredibly badass guy makes you look pretty awesome by association.

You find the local military center. You find the shooting range and impress some of the TOAST army men with your skillz.

Frelock: 5

You find your cabin to be a suitably dark, cool, dry, and quiet place to engage in being an @ws0m3 |-|4x0r.

Typoman: 2+1=3

Seeing that Dragnar has impaled one of the odd floating things with his drill, you attempt to call upon your memetic skills...
You fire a mighty burst of flame from your mouth! Roll to attack: 2 Roll for collateral: 6 (Oh boy).

Surprised by the unexpected effect of your untried power, you manage to severely burn your face and set the (wooden) boat on fire! Roll to dodge: 4. Dragnar avoids being roasted. The hydralisks are unharmed.
"I do appear to have burst into flames."

ExKirby: 2

You walk into town with Sensei and Inteuniso and look distastefully at the corporate wastela- Hey, chicks!

Inteuniso+Sensei: 5&6

ExKirby, Inteuniso, and Sensei enter the TI base. You meet some female engineers and scientists who are taking a tour of the TOAST facilities.
ExKirby: "Hey, wanna see my spaceship?"
The girls come back with you to the Jefferson. They find Slick... "cute".
They give you some basic pointers on TOAST Industries technology ("where the hell did you get a VSP hyperdrive, two Ageis PDs, and a laser nuke with level 5 clearance? And who let you strap this all onto an Ultravan with some bailing wire and duct tape?").
You upgrade the engines with a ballsocket pivot system and install analog manuvering thrusters, greatly increasing the ship's manuverability.
The weapons systems are rewired through standard TOAST Industries turret controllers, allowing automatic indepentent tracking of targets (taking some of the load off of Slick).
They install an EVA pod, allowing you to safely access the outside of the ship beyond the range of the intertial compensator or inside a planet's field of gravity.
The seats are much, much more comfortable (the Ultravan's pods are designed for efficency, not comfort). There's more seating inside the quantum storage devices.
Inside the Quantum storage devices, they install an advanced robotic storage system that can efficiently store any number of items and retrive them on command.
"You should really have some fire supression systems, do you know what happens when one of these Ultravans catches on fire?" They install a fire supressor.
Slick gets some sensor upgrades, as well as a TOAST Industries Standard TactIcal Coordination System. This can be used to command TOAST Industries military drones.

Modify slick myself to act as the local hivemind for the Hydralisks, thereby gaining control of them.

It's just a complex data system.  I only need to hook up the two nodes and set myself up as the router.
