Spoiler (click to show/hide)

ExKirby+Sensei+Knight85:
(See Text)

Dragnar: 4

You ask Slick about the junk data in his personality files.
"They're... heavily compressed backups of previous versions of my personality files. See, since I'm self-improving, I might accidentally corrupt one of my personality files, so I compress them and back them up. See? That looks like compressed personality data."
You figure this excuse is good enough. Anyway, he isn't doing anything overtly suspicious.

Frelock: 5

You begin the healing process on Sensei and ExKirby. Sensei's spinal fracture is pretty easy to repair. There isn't much of ExKirby left to put back together- he only survived by blatantly violating a few of the laws of physics. Still, you can extract most of his structure from his DNA. It'll just take a while...
With the help of the Asian scientist that Typoman summoned, you manage to bring ExKirby back to working condition. He and Sensei are still in la-la land, but ExKirby's pretty useless on the ship anyway.

Tehstefan: 2

Frelock is too busy trying to figure out how to uncook ExKirby to paw through Slick at the moment. Dragnar seems to be handling the problem anyway.

Qwertyuiopas: 4

You write a script to manage your scripts.

You have available:
Colorer
Gravity Tool
Computer Stopper

Typoman: 6

Looking at the damage you did to ExKirby, you feel a bit of Power Incontinience coming on...
Frelock mentions genetics, and that seems to trigger something. An Asian-looking man appears next to ExKirby, holding a doctors bag. He looks understandably surprised.
He notices Dragnar's drill and begins studying him. You explain to him that your friend needs medical help. He shrugs, and takes an old-style syringe filled with a green, viscous liquid and injects it into ExKirby. The healing process begins accelerating fast enough to be visible, and he continues inspecting Dragnar until he suddenly disappears.

Inteuniso: 5

Deciding that it's services are not needed in engineering, you decide to modify your droid to be able to provide medical help (while still being able to perform engineering functions).
It holds Sensei's fractured spine in place while Frelock fuses it.

Text:

Sensei, ExKirby, and Knight85 find themselves at the bottom of a tall, winding golden stairway. At the top, you meet an oracle who asks you to follow him. You fly out of the tower and he tells you to look down on the planet below. He tells you this is the planet of Earth, where the Netland was created. The entire planet is covered in massive computer systems, rising thousands of miles above the ground.

He waves his hand and the planet below changes. He points to a glowing red sphere. It hurts to look at. He says that this is your enemy, but you cannot hope to destroy it yet. It came from a faraway place, hiding in your computer system. Those who hunt it are trying to manipulate events in your favor.
Everything becomes blurry, and the three wake up just in time for Slick to announce that the Jefferson is closing on the abomination.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

See if I can't hack into the abomination's brain and modify its personality to a more friendly giant type.

I'm too tired at the moment to go back and find the post, but you've already found that you can't affect things that have been affected by the corruption.

I just realized something. I'm the main character in this story! I've had my name used the most, had divine intervension and am pretty damn immune to death via close combat. Standard hero, anyone?

1. Everyone has.
2. As long as you can get to a heal booth or Frelock, everyone is.

So no. But you will become more important once we finish this stage and go onto the next. Once we get out of the ship combat and into the close quarters combat, you'll have much more on your hands.

Forgot about that, it's been a while.

Modify the nano-Eagles so they shoot anti-matter pellets which explode violently after penetration.
