Possibly.  I could also synthesize a speaker onto my drones, or I could communicate directly through the Jefferson's terminal.

I must say, I don't think going plaid is a good idea. Clashes with the color scheme.

You don't even know what the color scheme is... (white plastic with a grid drawn on it)

Possibly.  I could also synthesize a speaker onto my drones, or I could communicate directly through the Jefferson's terminal.

Or through the implants.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

ExKirby+Dragnar: 3&2

The two of you inspect ExKirby's robot troops. You manage to improve Clanger's pincers somewhat (+1 to attack).

Sensei: 1+1=2

You think about making a music player, but you don't get around to building it.

Knight85: 5
You grab one of the odd swords that come out of more boxes. You figure out how to make the glowing blade appear and disappear, and return to the odd looking rectangular sky-ship. A man in a funny hat appears to be the leader, and you talk to him for a bit.

Tehstefan: 3

You give one awesome speech to everyone who will listen, and then ask about adding weapons to the other ships. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any way to attatch any more weapons.
Everyone gets a +1 morale bonus next turn.

Qwertyuiopas: 4-1

You chat with Typoman and Knight85. Typo's speech seems sort of odd, for some reason. He speaks a lot of Incredibly Lame Puns, Wall Bangers, and Tropes.
The Knight85 person appears to be a practicioner of magic. Ooh, maaaaggiiicccc. You ask him to pull a rabbit out of Tehstefan's fedora. He pokes you with his staff.

Typoman: 6

You think about getting a small weapon. As soon as you decide to act on this impulse, you find a small pistol-like device in your hand. The end of the barell is decorated to look like a Shoop-Da-Whoop. An inscription on the side reads "SDW-120". You've never seen this language before, but you seem to be able to read it anyway...
You cannot, however, make the weapon fire.

Frelock: 3
You ask Jameson about what the TIRE told you. He shows you to a large, short cylinder with a metal cap. He presses some buttons on a nearby panel, and the metal cap disappears and an odd yellow and white pattern begins spinning where it was.
Jameson presses a button a few times until a display reads "17". A light turns green above the display. He tells you that the cylinder is an Awesome Portal, and tells you to enter...
You exit AP #17 and find yourself on a massive Void Station in the Light Void. There are massive amounts of computer equipment here.

You use your Remote Viewing implant to look in on the Jefferson, but find it to be most inadequate, and instead figure out the remote rangercams on the station.

Inteuniso: 2-1+1+1=3

You're tired, but you could make the Jefferson go fast without being awake. You snap your pulse rifle out of its turret and spool up the hyperdrive.

As the Jefferson descends into the void once more, Slick begins to play some atmospheric music. Apparently he's developed an appreciation for music.

Rocket engines burning fuel so fast
Up into the night sky they blast
Through the universe the engines whine
Could it be the end of man and time?

Spot check! 4
Frelock notices that Slick has been making some alterations to his code. It's probably just him improving himself.

figure out how to fire the SDW-120, without doing any damage
A handheld shoop da whoop? Awesome (well i assume that is it's effect, only one way to find out, but i'd rather do that while pointing it at an enemy, not on board a ship full of my friends)
Also, you forgot to add the SDW-120 to my status :)

Death music? I endorse heartily!

In any case, time to grab a target range, and put it on the starship Jefferson. Gotta spend those turns in transit somehow. And as sharpshooter, we need to work on that.

It isn't, actually a meme. What it is and why you have it are questions whose answers are extremely complex and intricate.

And yes, it does have something to do with the secret of TOAST Industries I talked about a while ago. You should be able to get the basic idea of it by now, I think.

Point gun at Slick, "Put your hands where I can see 'em."

Well, for one thing, he has no hands, and for another thing, your gun probably isn't going to be able to damage him without destroying the Jefferson and leaving you stranded in The Void, falling for all eternity in perfect darkness. You may not want that.

EDIT: Also, if you piss him off he can just call selfDestructAll() and destroy the Jefferson in less than a second.

Death music? I endorse heartily!

Actually, I'm going to abstract out the transit this time.

I don't know what to do...

Maybe create a script for the gun that temporarily halts the execution of any running program on the target? Configurable delay and ability to reverse it's effects would be nice...

Hmm...
Maybe you should make some sort of "locate corruption" utility? So when you enter a level, you can just switch it on and it will tell you where the boss and any other corrupted beings are.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Sensei: 6

You feel inspiration from a faraway source...

Using scrap, you create some sort of weapon. You have absolutely no idea what principles it works on, but it does appear rather intimidating.
The weapon is a large cylinder, as long you and half as tall.
Having some sense, you open up the hatch and point the weapon outside. You turn the weapon on. Rock music begins eminating from inside the weapon. You press fire, and a barrage of missiles shoot out of the barrel at an incredible rate! The knockback throws you back against the windshield of the Jefferson, breaking your spine!
You pass out...

Dragnar: 5

You look through Slick's data. Nothing too suspicious appears. There's a lot of apparent junk data in his personality files though...

Typoman: 6

The SDW-120 seems quite similar to a normal handgun, but there doesn't appear to be any place to insert a bullet or any kind of power source.
When Sensei switches his weapon on, the eyes of the Shoop-Da-Whoop at the end of the barrel begin to glow bright green! You squeeze the trigger, and the weapon fires at ExKirby!
Roll for damage: 5!
Most of ExKirby's lower body is incinerated! He passes out...

Qwertyuiopas: 5

You write a program disruptor script for your scriptgun. It has controls for duration, up to three turns, and a feature to remove the effect prematurely. Unfortunately, doing this forces a reboot of the machine in question.

Knight85: 5

The alchemist, Qwertyuiopas shows you how to talk to the man inside the panels that this flying boat has all over it.
After checking out the data library for a while, you gain a lot more understanding of this world, as well as some Relevant Information (+1 to identifying unknown objects and their properties).

Tehstefan: 6 (Ermm... by him you mean you, right?)

You pick things up WITH YOUR MIND. Well, with your implant at least. BUT IT'S HOOKED UP TO YOUR MIND.
You gain some more skill at Telekinesis.

ExKirby: 2

You watch Slick carefully, but are distracted by Typoman vaporising most of your body.

Frelock: 3

You manage to create a device to detect the presence of corrupted beings. Unfortunately, it cannot home in on those beings, only detect that they are nearby.
You stop work early to stabilize ExKirby and Sensei.

Statuses:
