The way I see it, Neo gets his bullettime from the simulation. In the same way, a robot can get Jarate from the simulation, even though it doesn't make sense in reality.

I can actually see Valve giving a robot character Jarate. Just to confuse everybody. I mean they refuse to ever confirm what it quite obviously is. It's almost as bad as the pyro's gender.

It'd probably be a special form of oil-jarate or somesuch. And of course, a robot wouldn't really have a problem with extracting it from a human being.

I'm pretty sure they've confirmed that Jarate is urine. Go on steam chat and type "piss" and it'll censor it into Jarate. Plus, we first see Jarate in Meet The Sniper, where it's levels go up as the coffee's goes down...

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

Yeah, it very obvious, but Valve refuses to outright say it.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Dragnar&Inteuniso&Tehstefan&Frelock: 4+(1+2+1=4)+5+1

Dragnar attempts to get into the ship's computer systems, and begins shuffling bits around.
Inteuniso uses his engineering computer to knock bits of Slick's AI out of allignment.
Frelock helps whatever program seems to be doing so lock down the crazed AI.
Finally, Tehstefan begins trying to talk the computer down.

"System shutting down..."
"stabilization systems locked"
"stabilization behavior stabilization"
"data corruption cleaned"
"System starting up..."

With this full-out healing assult, Slick shuts down and the unknown parts of his program restore functionality.
Slick is back to normal. Or at least not crazy anymore.

Qwertyuiopas: 6

You stare into your scriptgun, watching the readings stay pretty much exactly the same.
You beign to fall into a trance...

You see a mighty starship flying away from a large star. A second ship fires something into the star, and it explodes in a nova. The surrounding planets, which look like they could support life, are consumed by the fireball. The ship that was flying away continues.

As the brightness of the supernova begins to dim, you see a large humanoid figure that appears to be made of smoke rise from the remnants of the star. It reaches out for the running ship.
Right before the figure touches the fleeing starship, a strange distortion effect appears before the starship, which it heads through. The effect disappears behind the ship. The figure appears to scream in rage...

Frelock wakes you up to tell you that they've gotten Slick under control, and that the ships are ready to leave.

I believe implants are a free action if you are in the right place to get them.
