This might seem unprovoked, but is anyone paying any attention to the story, or at least the subtle puzzles I so carefully include into the text? You should really try to figure out anything that I don't explicitly tell you. If I'm trying to hide it it must be important, eh?

Start with the identity of the doctor that healed ExKirby a few turns ago. It's a hint as to a stage that's coming up relatively soon.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

I'm not good at inferring stuff. Whenever you hint at stuff, I generally have no idea what the hell you're talking about. At all.

unstable usually means you are about to teleport in nethack, but hmm this probably won't be good.
i turn the jackels into LudicrousGibs
using the mace i'd say (is it at spiky mace or a flanged mace?)

That will only make them Chunky Salsa all over the place, not increase its killing power... what you want is One Hit Kill or Critical Hit.

oh i know, i just want to hear the description :) plus with everyone else attacking them, i doubt i really need to go all out, but i suppose i could come up with something else possibly one of the ones you mentioned.

i am paying attention to the overall goal, though in this section we don't seem to have an obvious one yet. and as far as the puzzles they are a little too subtle, now you have mentioned it i could probably figure it out, but at the time i just assumed it was some meme i didn't know of.

essentially i have recognised a few things that might be hints, but i haven't been able to gain anything from them. that leads ir me just going meh i'll find out when/if it is revealed.

edit:

i know! i'll do a support move.
i summon weegee to weegee stare the jackals

No... it'll make them Weegee. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5Ngssydr0Y
But Weegee would be on your side anyway.

Weegee's stare is dual-purpose, sometimes it changes the target into Weegee, sometimes it kills. It seems to be up to (the) Weegee which effect should be triggered.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Frelock: 5

Using your hacking powers, you begin to disassociate the Jackal's cells from eachother.
Ten Jackals are turned into organic slag.

Typoman: 3

As you call upon your troping powers to give you strength, Frelock begins turning Jackals into slime. Your body begins to absorb the organic material, and you feel energy begin to flow to your hands...
You develop claws like those of X-Men's Wolverine. You begin slashing Jackals left and right with them.

Qwertyuiopas: 2

You use your gravity tool to smash some of the jackals that are attacking you, but you fail to make too much of a dent in their local population. This has to be more than just one hundred and twenty...

Sensei: 2

You take your cruddy blade out of your pants, and begin slashing jugulars. You barely manage to stand up.

Tehstefan: 6

You use your telekinesis implant to fling the jackals off of you, and begin smashing other ones against the walls! Flying jackals begin to jostle eachother with great force. It turns out that if you begin to fling objects around at high speeds in a somewhat enclosed space which is rather full of relatively small objects, you may very well cause waves of pressure to form among these objects and bounce around off of the walls...
Roll to dodge: Typoman:6 Qwertyuiopas: 2 Sensei: 6 Tehstefan: 1 Inteuniso: 5 Dragnar: 4 ExKirby:3 Knight85: 3

Waves start to bounce around off of the walls, crushing some of the jackals, as well as Tehstefan and Qwertyuiopas! Qwertyuiopas recieves a few cracked ribs, while Tehstefan suffers more extensive rib damage.

Inteuniso: 4

You kick some jackals off of yourself and begin firing your pulse rifle haphazardly into the fray. Many jackals are hit and killed, but they just keep coming...

Dragnar: 2

You begin flailing about, but jackals drag you to the ground anyway.

ExKirby: 3

You fire your weapons into the mass of jackals, and many are slaughtered. Still, whenever one is killed, another two appear from a corridor.

Knight85: 1

You magic missile yourself in the head.

Text:

NUKM continues kicking ass, but is noticing the party tiring.

"Not that I couldn't *THUMP* keep going, but I think *ZTZTZTZTZT* a quick *CRUNCH* tactical *THUMP ZTZTZTZTZT* retreat might be a good *CRUNCH* idea."
NUKM lays down covering fire as the medical droid rushes in to retrieve Knight85.

Knight85, you really need to post an action once in a while... eventually we're going to run out of things to cast magic missile at.

dammit something must be summoning these...
carve a path to the corridor and if there is anything there turn it into mince (or gravel or some other small partical)
actually
SHOOP DA WHOOP in the direction of the corridor, then run down the path and mince whatever is summoning/creating all these damn jackals
i don't wanna be by myself it it turns out to be something strong, so if someone could follow me would be great

also, AWESOME, claws! i hope they are retractable like wolverine's

edit:
hmm retreat may be a good idea, but wouldn't they just follow us? might be less risky than trying to find the source though, what do you guys think?

Retreat to the ship, get healed, use my awesome captain skills to fire upon the jackals?

TACTFULLY retreat back to the ship, and order it to open fire on all these jackals. Take up a defensive position and get ready for the hordes.
