Hey! I'm in the game.. I need to catch up a bit then. Seeing as I accidentally summoned myself here from Ferelden, as far as I know, the enemy is the darkspawn..

Try to get someone to explain to me what the heck is going on,to the point that a fantasy world mage can somehow halfway figure out what is going on here. it better be someone smart as getting someone to explain all this technology crap to me is going to need a good teacher!

Maybe you could just explain things in terms I could understand,  sufficiently advanced technology being indistinguishable from magic and all..

There are these boxes that have pods in the back. They give you magic powers.
Then there are these red boxes that look like the other boxes but red. They heal you.
And there's this bigger box that flies and shoots beams.

Beamswords. Work exactly the same way really, except you can turn them off.

Your staff will show up in the statuses of the next turn. When that happens.

Heh, I can see that we all think on the same terms. I always have similar music playing in the background when I visualize a scene from this RTD.

I actually always have music on when I write. Improves my writing a lot. Especially when I can find a tune that goes along with what I'm trying to write really well.

EDIT:

Oh, and I'm remembering the Secret of TOAST again.
Unfortunately, there's no way you're going to find out what it is unless I flat out explain it to you. Shame.

What exactly was TI for? Tech level 1? I keep reading it as "Texas Instruments" (the company that mostly monopolizes graphing calculators, with such creative names as "TI-81", "TI-84", and "TI-89").

TOAST Industries! I was mildly concerned that confusion with the similarly abbreviated (and slightly similar in products) company might result, but I really didn't want to type TOAST Industries 47 million times.

The number afterward is the security level you have to be cleared for before you can attain that item.
