What kind of armor will my wrestlers equip if I order them to wear "A : Plt"
After they master armor, I will give them wooden weapons

Plt refers to the Plate armour set, which consists of:

Helm (head)
Plate armour (body)
Gauntlets (hands)
Greaves (legs)
High boots (feet)

This is the most comprehensive, protective set available.

Note that if you don't have enough for everyone, they'll equip lesser gear like leggings instead of greaves. Also, I'm not entirely sure high boots are the default; they might also equip low boots instead. That's not a huge problem though.

You should set them to Chn briefly first if you want the best protection. If you set them to Chn, they'll attempt to put on a metal helm, chain armor, chain leggings, gauntlets, and boots. If you then set them to Plt, they'll take off the chain leggings and put on plate armor and greaves. This means that if you set them to Chn then Plt, they'll have more armor on, and thus they'll have about half again as much protection on their torso, upper arms and legs, and neck.
