A noob question

 Could someone help me with this? I can't seem to get dig deeper to work on my computer. I've tried doing exactly what the directions for it say, but I just don't get it. The file for dig deeper won't open! Could someone please help me?

I have a feeling you might be better off asking in the modding section. Regardless, more info is always better.
