The Wartime Betaclass 3 harbinger is the best in the field. eqipped with a star-burnt adamantium cover, L.A.W seeker missiles, and a G.R.A.W.R laser to boot, it is one of the best ships made. It is standard issue to all captians during wartime. Styles tend to vary, but commonly include a flat semi disc stableizer, four Dark matter push engines, and the osmartan war/peace symbol of a red/black moon rising over a red/black field on the front of the stablizer.

Welcom to the ranks, soldier! have a good time at boot camp? Good, because you've got a mission TODAY! we have intel that Xorg leader Quintenimus (or quint, as us "higer-ups" like to call him) is having a confrece in broad daylight on Defin in the Ardus system.
we dont have the schematics of the building yet, but we will be equiping you with breathers for the methane ritch atmosphere, and basic R.A.W rifles.these puppies fire your basic lead shot, which should puncture whatever armor he's wearing. remember the rules of combat though.
1. No godmodding. No osmarta can shoot lightning, kid.
2. Don't refer to yourself in the third person. If your crazy, we cant keep ya'
3. Your username is your game name. If your, say, cheeso33, your not also Bob the Constrution Worker.
4. If you want in, wait for a new mission to start. you can join in for one page afterwords.
5. Stupid People who Act Majorly Mean, ERgo Spammers, are not allowed.

First Lieutenant Labs reporting. I specialise in piloting VTOL aircraft for use in transport and attack. I have seen combat in multiple systems with multiple environments from jungles to deserts to endless bare rock.

You just came from boot camp, I don't think you're allowed to be a Lieutenant.

You hop out of your transport craft, landing on hard dirt. As the craft flies away, you take stock of your surroundings. The low hum of generators pervades the air, but you can't see them. It seems that they are behind the large steel construct before you.
 The construct itself has multiple pires raising from it's roof, often swirling around each other in a mockery of grace. Two guards stand by the door. 
 The Xorg have no eyes, but they are sniffing the air questioningly. There is a vent, just big enough to crawl through, but the way is blocked by a large fan. It rotates slowly and silently. It seems to have been oiled recently.

(This game will have a learning curve like dwarf fortress, so don't do stupid things. Crazy things are ok, but stupid is no go if you don't want a hole in your chest.)
