I say we use the complex circuitry and some wire to upgrade our laptop into a truly impressive machine.

I don't think we can use simple circuitry and wires to upgrade a computer.

Why not? circutry is obviously pretty abstract, serving as any number of parts, and if high-quality can support sentience I don't see why complex couldn't be used to make some improvements to a laptop.

Like Dragnar said, an abstraction. It's basically whatever it needs to be for electronics.

Saying "make something modular" when that something is a remote control car and a low-level control unit covered in tacks an drugged silverware doesn't get you very far, by the way; you can design future killbots for modularity but for the Anklebiter you'll have to be more specific in what you're doing.

By modularize the Anklebiter, I meant to make it easy to take off the camera and throw it on the Biology-Bot or to re-use the chassis with control unit, motor and wheels.

The way I see it, Killbotics is our personal glory.  We shouldn't peddle out the epitome of our SCIENCE to the unwashed masses.  At this point, the way to get money (which we need badly) is through chemistry.  We can sell our chemicals at a decent profit to get us going.  Therefore, our biggest need is more chemicals.  I propose we dump this load off and go out in search of chemicals.  I'd say the dumpsters of some sort of chemical plant or lab would be a good place to start, as breaking in to one is too risky.

I figure that the basic circuitry isn't worth much to our grand schemes(Although it would probably be useful for periphery motor-control on a large killbot...) So I would like to get some experience of trying to upgrade circuitry, if we lose most of our basic circuitry by stuffing up or scavenging them for parts we haven't really lost anything, and we might get some really nice circuitry out of it...
