The physics simulator is easy - it's child's play to give your last program a rudimentary "understanding" of the physical consequences of its actions. It still lacks ability to judge those consequences as good or bad, but your rudimentary IFF and a program for weapon recognition will allow it to attempt to disarm opponents or use the environment against them in addition to its normal attacks.
After about eighteen minutes of the Clockstop having been active, it wears off.
LEVEL UP IN CHEMISTRYYou consider the implications - the larger dose probably lost a bit of its effectiveness. Assuming each dose was at ninety percent effectiveness, that'd make a single dose around ten minutes. It seems to function by accelerating your ability to interpret data.
