Fashion a Metal Propeller from Tin Plate using your Tools.  Then Experiment with HTML on your Outdated Laptop.  Try making a homepage for yourself so that you can make a website when you finally do get an Internet connection.  (Seriously tho, you don't need Internet to program in HTML, just a browser and text editor)  Attempt to establish a connection to any Wireless Networks in the area.
