Alright, so I've been working on this plan for a while, tell me what you think.

>Sleep until 9ish in the morning.
>Go to University Campus.

>Remember that the non-teaching staff (security, cleaning ladies, cafeteria workers, Parts Allocation Workers) were smart enough (and not nearly enamoured enough with your old professor) to know it was your robot that was stolen.  They are all sympathetic to our cause.

>Remember that the University Cafeteria gives free/cheap meals to anyone who presents a valid student I.D. from the last 5 years.
>Remember we still have our I.D. because we left a 2 years ago.

>Remember Engineering department, Parts Allocation section, will give free/cheap parts to anyone who presents a valid student I.D. from the last 5 years.
>Obtain Light sensors, accelerometers, servos, stepper motors, GPS modules, cameras, etc.

>Sell Programming textbook to a promising young student.
>Offer tutoring to the promising young student.
>In exchange, obtain money/parts/food.
>All the while, brainwash him to our cause using our Genius Intellect!

>Steal an unguarded, generic backpack.
>Tie a copper wire somewhere onto the bag.  This way if somebody comes after us claiming we stole their bag we can claim that we legally bought this, and added this copper wire to avoid any confusion such as this.
>Search for any Phat Lewt.
>Keep textbooks related to any sciences we don't have yet (LAZORZ!!!)
>Sell textbooks we don't need (Bio, Killbotics, Programming)
>Keep anything that might prove useful.
>Use backpack to help carry our Phat Lewt in the future.

That remember stuff seems a bit cheap.

The remembering is cheap and not guaranteed to work, so I'm not keen on it. Another problem is that we ran away- I'd tend to think that means far away, not as close as we were to the university but in a different direction. I'm also thinking stealing someone's backpack for whatever happens to be in there is a bit... common criminal, not evil genius.

But even if it does work, I don't think there's any way we're going to be handed free cameras and GPS systems.

In either case, I still don't think we're set up enough to really handle or make use of a minion yet. I mean, we don't have much of a lab, and we need the experience in anything we could have him do. Other than blatantly self-sacrificing things like giving us money or risky thefts, and I don't think that would go over very well.

Hm... I don't know if it would work, but if we could get several types of mold growing, we could potentially harvest chemicals from them. The only things mold needs to grow are containers and something to eat, which we can probably harvest from the back dumpsters of restaurants. If successful, we'd have a steady supply of chemicals, and nobody would look at us too funny for carrying around a sack of McDonalds garbage in the middle of the day.

Other than that, I think we need to broaden our horizons in terms of parts. We've been doing okay with the car junkyard, but if there's anyplace else we can get parts from without risk or issue, we should probably look into it.

With regards to all the "remember" stuff, I think that most of that is standard procedure, but that there could be very good reasons why we couldn't do it, at Pandar's discretion. I vote we try it at least.

I'd skip the theft though. We have our PRIDE to think of, if nothing else.

The local gangs may need scientists with medical knowledge to patch up bullet wounds and treat overdoses sans difficult questions. They will provide you with protection and resources.
Look into it you people.

I think we should put some of the money from selling the book towards new tools, so we may turn a plate into a propeller.

Could we make a religion to get brainwashed minions and cash, a la Scientology?

It would also raise our PRIDE, RENOWN, and MEGALOMANIA

Our first goal(after checking out the university) should be to get a job somewhere. Something mundane might hurt out pride, but we might be able to get a job in a large robotics corporation if we show them a good bot, all we need is parts.
