One last thing the GCCB is going to act as the legal government here for a bit, because of that they start strong but you guys should surpass them.

Not free but to do stuff that the GCCD does not want to do you need to bribe them or lobby them. But than I realized that they want you to develop this planet.

Also be careful what you zone it for it takes some money to rezone it.

As you guys can tell not every interaction will be handled in a turn by turn basis

GDI (Global Defense Initiative) does not mind the GCCD, as long as they don't attack us, randomly attack civilian populations.

Currently our concerns are: Get back to our Solar System, we need to know what is going on there!
