So, as you've heard from the Tako: My charger was broken.

Good News: Notice I wrote "was". I've gotten a replacement charger today and everything is working again.

Bad News: I have a SOL tomorrow and one on Friday so I don't really have time to do a turn right now.

Yet again Good News: The time I've spent with not doing turns has given me some time to think and I've come up with quite a few great ideas that I'll try to incorporate in the next few turns and beyond. Also, I'll try to do the turn as soon as possible so check in on Friday evening and put up your action when I'm done so I might be able to do multiple turns this weekend.

Anyway, cheers and sorry for the delay. (I hate technical difficulties >_>)

Turn 37

(Turn Music: Ace Combat 4: Megalith)

I, with as much courage as possible, climb up the ladder!

(5) After catching your breath from running all over the place while looking for some way to get up, you finally stand next to the one thing you've searched for. Except that it's broken. Still, some minor fact like that won't disconcert you. Looking contently at the ladder, you start to do some physical warm-ups. First you stretch a bit and then run a while on the spot. After making sure that your muscles won't instantly cripple themselves from any physical activity, you go into position. Standing right infront of the bottom part of the ladder, you go into your knees and concentrate energy in your leg. Slowly the power builds up in your lower body. You sit there for a few more seconds and when you feel that it's at it's max, you release the conserved power and literally launch yourself off of the wall. After your powerful take-off, you gracefully glide through the air and ... slam into the wall. But before you fell down you managed to grab a hold of a still working step. Being only a few feet from the top of the wall, you use the ladder to climb the last part. Reaching it, you pull yourself over the side and roll along, coming to a stop on your back. You try to catch your breath again as that jump seems to have consumed quite a bit of your power. Still, you feel as if you were able to do it again after you've relaxed a bit. (New Ability: Jumper)

Set my staff to air and blow the dust away. Just for sheer overkill, boost the air-ball with my hat.

(6) Getting annoyed by this inconvenience (which, by the way, you created), you decide to go into rage mode. Holding your staff infront of you with both arms, you concentrate on the feeling of the breeze touching your face and the wind flowing around the mountains. The crystal-ball reacts and changes to a grayish color. Inside the ball you can see small streams of wind swirling around in circles. After having changed the element, you decide that it's time to act. You turn to the cloud of dust and hold your staff towards it. Gripping the weapon tightly with both hands, you get ready. As you focus, you pull it back and then thrust it forward towards the cloud. From the top of the crystal ball emerges a huge sphere of pressurized air. The ball shoots out and flies into the dust, slowly dispersing all of the flying debris. But this is not enough action of a high sorcerer like you. Thinking that this has to go a little faster, you do the one thing you shouldn't have done. Taking your stave again, you hold it infront of you. This time though, you start concentrating on the your steampunk hat. At first nothing happens, then suddenly you can hear crackling. The gears start to turn and the bolts start screwing. A few seconds later you can feel energy flowing into your head and then throughout your whole body. Being the mighty magician you are, you easily concentrate all the energy on your staff, loading it with power. Suddenly you realize that your hat hasn't stopped producing power and keeps on tanking your weapon full with it. Soon you can't hold all the energy in anymore and release it in form of wind. A big wind. From the front emerges another air sphere, this one being at least four times as big as the last one. The air inside the ball starts becoming more and more turbulent until it can't hold it anymore. The energy around the air holding it in ball form breaks and the turning wind suddenly smashes through. It grows upwards and downwards until it reaches both, the sky and ground infront of you. You look up in awe as a giant tornado forms infront of you, sucking in anything nearby that hasn't been nailed ... no wait, it sucks that in, too. Even you can't keep yourself from the mighty force building up. (Dragnar: 2, Parasite: 3) You turn to run away, trying to get as far as possible from the giant storm. But with every step you take, the more you realize that it's hopeless. Suddenly you loose your footing and fall. Just as you're lifted from the ground and about to be sucked in, something grabs your hand and pulls you back a bit. Looking up, you see your loyal Parasite holding onto a large boulder with one hand and saving you with the other. Still, you can see from the look on his face that he won't be able to hold you long and you can already see his arm starting to rip-off. Guess a walking corpse ain't the best thing to hold onto. (Parasite's Arm will rip off in at the end of next turn unless you do something.)

I keep the egg warm via PYROMANCY!
Wake up in the egg and see what happend. Feeling the heat from fire i shall try and develop fire immunity. Then evolve and all that snaky stuff...

(2) (Opal's POV:)Being on the other side of the castle walls, you don't even notice much of the brewing storm infront of the main-gates. Anyways, you have more important things to do right now than Cloud-watching. Turning to the more pressing matters than the dark sky, you look over to the egg that was once Evra Von Something. (Yes, that's his official name now.) Thinking it may be a funny idea to heat the egg and see what happens, you walk over to it. Thinking of all the weird stuff you heard about reptiles while surfing the interdorfs with Burningdwarf, you remember the fact that the gender of the reptile is determined by the temperature of the egg. Thinking that it might be great to have another girl in the group, you attempt to conjure up some flames and mess a bit with your friend's gender. Just as you're about to heat up the egg, it suddenly starts moving and wobbling around. This having surprised you, sent you tumbling back a bit. Something is going on inside there. So instead, you decide to sit down and watch what happens next.

(5) (Evra's POV:) Nothingness ... darkness ... all you see is blank. In your sleep there are visions of weird creatures. Some with wings, some with sharp claws. They head through fields, mountains and lakes alike. All different, but in some way all the same. Slowly these visions start to fade out and darkness returns. This time it's different though. You can feel your senses coming back. Feeling your heart beat and feeling the hot and damp air around you, you try to move but can't. It seems even though you have awoken, you're still trapped in something. Unsure as to what is happening, you try to wobble around and find a way out of this tight spot. Suddenly you start rolling around. You just keep on turning and turning until BAM!, you hit something hard. Still shaken from the impact, you look up and finally see light. Knowing that this has to be the way out, you make your way up and emerge from your prison. Your eyes still being used to the extreme black down there are blinded at first. Slowly the colors reappear and you start to look around to find out where you are. From your surroundings you can make out that you seem to be on top of a wall of some sort. Then you see Opal standing there with a gaping open mouth. "Opal!", you try to say, but instead a growl comes from your mouth. Confused by this, you also notice that she seems to have become a bit smaller. I mean sure, she IS a dwarf, but she seems even a lot tinier than usual. As you try to take a step forward, you notice something weird. It seems that you have more feet than you should have and less arms. You turn your long neck to look at yourself and are in shock. Wings sprout from your back, a long, spiked tail sprouts from your behind. You're pretty sure that your four clawed feet are pretty unusual, too. It takes you some time to understand how to walk with this new body, but soon you figure it out and sit down next to Opal. The two of you are puzzled as to how this happened, but this new form may just come in handy. There may still be even more to it than meets the eye. (New Race: Dragon)

I communicate with everyone, and tell Richard to see if he can't help McCoy with the Hammer. I'll also try and communicate with Evra Von and find out if he's alive and whatnot. Preferably before he gets cooked in the egg. Then I'll head out onto the wall and climb the ladder, to see what I can find. Warhammer ready to bash anything that looks menacing.

(1) Having just acquired the ability to communicate with your team-members using your head, you attempt to try it out right away. You start concentrating on the special connection (called friend-ship) that you have to your teammates. Slowly you start to open a channel of communication, when suddenly you are interrupted once again, this time by blast of air smashing you against the wall. After regaining your footing, you start fighting against the strong wind and making your way out to see what's happening. And that was a pretty bad idea. As you see the door infront of you, you make one last leap and pull yourself outside. Leaning against the side of the wall, you try to catch your breath when you look infront of you and see the god-forsaken tornado. On the tornado scale this thing would be a F2 and it's slowly growing. There's no telling what may happen if it's left that way. But right now you have no time to worry about that. You have to worry about yourself first as you notice that you're slowly loosing your footing and being pulled in. Suddenly a gust pushes you over and you fall down. In one last attempt you try to hold on to the door frame and (6) grab it with both hands. As you try to pull yourself back into the hallway, you put a little to much pressure on the door and your last hope crumbles. The door breaks off of its hinges and flies with you into the tornado. You hold onto the torn off gate as hard as you can, thinking that it may protect you from incoming debris. (New Item: Door; New Roll: Roll to dodge debris-to-the-face)

I willl NOT do anything awesome. (and get a 2)

(Auto-Success?) You indeed do nothing awesome. Stuff like that won't work here, sorry. Still, being in the hallway you're at least safe from horrible mutilation through tornado. Feel lucky. >_>

Okay, go to the next wall, fire a CHI BLAST, while continuing my manly crying.

(2) Still crying LIKE A BOSS, you look angrily at the wall for not bowing to your godly power. This wall has nothing more to give to you. You tell it in a sad voice that your relationship is over and that you will have to find a new wall. And there it is! You walk around the conveniently placed corner to find a new wall and start a new life with it. The first thing to do before your wedding is of course proposing. So to that you plan on giving it your finest ... CHI-BLAST! You get ready to destroy this wall with your extreme amount of manliness. Then suddenly you feel a disturbance in the force. Or rather the fabric of the universe. Knowing that you're the only one allowed to bend the shit out of reality, you break of your attack. Following the feeling and turning back around the corner, you find a big-ass storm. Being still far away from it, you barely even feel a breeze. But still, it's there and might become an inconvenience to your wall-busting plans if it grows any further.

shout and shout untill somebody hears and then ask them to carry me around on their back.
Heal mcCoy

(2) As the pain from all your broken limbs reaches your brain, you start to bend in pain. You try to call somebody for help, but it just hurts to much to even move. All your attempts to yell don't really help you out any further.
(5) Still, you seem to have caught the attention of Richard who seems to have conveniently fallen only a few feet from you. After having seen him heal his own legs, you reluctantly agree to let him experiment on you with his hammer. He approaches you and kneels down next to you, Scaley looking at you over his shoulder. After bumping his pet out of the way, he takes his hammer and holds it over you. You can see him close his eyes and concentrate. Breathing slowly, his hammer starts to glow a bit. A small stream of energy starts to emerge from the middle of the anvils that form the hammer's top. As the flow goes down on your chest, you can feel the energy flowing into you from it. The power starts to spread itself through your body and you can slowly feel your chest again. As it goes through your limbs you feel the weird feeling of your shattered bones in your arms and legs realigning themselves and mending back together. Your open wounds close and all the bleeding hidden under your close stops. As the stream stops, he lifts his hammer and lets out a small sigh. You on the other hand stare in amazement as all your limbs start functioning perfectly fine again. For good measure you get up and run around a few times. Seems like everything is healed. You thank Richard for the help. Just as the two of you were about to chat about the good ol' times in Twilight Town, both of you suddenly hear a loud sound an turn your heads. Looking up to the castle you see a huge storm forming into a tornado out of seemingly nowhere. You have no idea what's going on up there, but you can tell that it can't be good. =====

Phew, there we go. Now you can stop annoying me about it Tako. You go do a turn in your RTD for a change. >_>

This time it's not actually my fault that the turn is so late. I was ready to post it on Saturday evening, but of course my dad had to work on stuff close to the router. Being the genius he is he managed to destroy our internet (FOR THE SECOND TIME). Now that it's back, I apologize for the inconvenience and will try to make up for it.
Also, you might have noticed some changes in the style of the turns. In the future I plan to gradually take away the roll bonuses and stuff, because I always forget them anyways and I think there's other ways to it. For one I'll try to make things like Acanthus' excessive randomness less possible by having to acquire a ability before being able to use it. But that will happen later on. For now you can keep your stuff. Also, Diakron, I have no idea what you're talking about. As I had no internet there was no way for me to send a PM to you.
Oh well, here's the turn anyways. Hope you enjoyed it and the music/clips, which I will try to use more often.
