No turn for today ag- ... Oh wait no, today I actually did something. Yay me.

Turn 35

After questioning why it is robots need gloves I will activate my armor and kick the crap out of everything not human

(3) Once again reality is questioned, but this time not by Acanthus (or the people that watch him do random things), but by you. I mean, seriously. Why would any robot need gloves? At all? It's not like they could even be used for anything. Maybe they could use them to stuff leaks from the mountain river, but that's about all a mechanical thing can do with something intended for frail human hands. Anyways, it's not really any of your concern what kinky things the robots use them for, so you decide to just bash it into their heads that that stuff was intended for humans and not oilwalkers. For once in a long time, you throw your hand up and touch your forehead crystal. The energy starts flowing from the red object again and the strands of half-transparent crystals shoot out and surround your body. After the armor is formed, you remember how good it feels to have this awesome thing. Now you think that you maybe could've avoided breaking your arms if you would've activated it. You would try to facepalm yourself if your arms weren't ... you know ... broken. Getting back to your current situation, you look for any contraptions to kick for making this pile of uselessness, but your search ends without luck. It seems as if this place were completely abandoned.

I run to the doors Tarran has opened. If I see the boomerang along the way I'll grab it but I'm not gonna waste time dicking with it. I wander in and follow Tarran in. Wandering around all these mechanical things, I decide to build myself a robot helper thing.

(3) As you see Tarran enter, you quickly follow behind and track him. Stalking him all the way to the doors, with a creepy atmosphere lingering around you, he opens the door and walks into the newly found room. You zoom right in behind him and look around the huge workshop that this seems to be. Thinking about all the stuff you could do in a place like this, you pick up random tools and just start smashing around till you get a better idea. Which you do. Having heard from the others about the inhabitants of this place, you decide to make yourself one as a companion. First you need to select a material to make it from though, and that's already a huge problem for you. Seeing as you're quite indecisive when it comes to stuff like this, you stand infront of all the different colored piles, wondering just which one to pick. This dilemma leaves you wondering there for quite a while and you don't know if you'll still get the chance to idle around here for long.

I find the best materials I can find and make a Scutum shield. Though not so big as to hamper my sword fighting.

(4) After Wemic dashes off to places unknown, you decide to look around yourself a little. Looking through the piles, you notice that you could use a shield or something to protect yourself with. Hastily, you start making construction blue-prints for your new defense. Steadily thinking in a straight line, your thoughts suddenly curve way, WAY downwards as you realize that you have absolutely no idea how to actually make a shield. About halfway through the planning phase, you rip your "blue-prints" apart and decide to just go for it. Luckily you see a "Weapon-making for Dummies 101" book on the floor. Grabbing it, you read through it while following the steps in the book, you start making your new piece of equipment. Cause you always have to cook by the book. (... yeah, sorry about that. Jef's idea.) After your little smelting experiment, a perfectly fine scutum lies infront of you on a anvil. While you're looking at it, you accidentally knock the book into the fire and with it burns your knowledge of weapon-making. Oh well, at least you got what you wanted.

Plan? I ask my parasite minion what its plan is, then implement it(unless it's suicidal).

(6) While still hiding behind the boulder on the bridge, you listen to all the mindless babbling of your parasite till the word "plan" appears. You stop him and ask him: "What is this plan you speak of?" Opening his half-rotten mouth, he moves it as if he were talking even though you both clearly know that only you can hear him through his thoughts. "It's genius! It's the best plan I've ever made! Ok here it is: ... So, how about we just smash through the door?" You stare at him for a few seconds, unsure if he was serious. Then you reply: "That must be the ... BEST PLAN I'VE EVER HEARD! And totally not suicidal!" In a fit of idioticness, you accept his outrageous suggestion and the two of you jump out, preparing to release hell onto this castle for all it has done. You grip your staff tightly and once more think about earth and the ground and stuff. This time it actually works and you can see the sphere changing colors. "This time it will work! You shall know me, Dragnar, the greatest Sorcerer to ever exist! Take this! HAAA!" (5+1-1) (-1 because the door is so though. Wouldn't have made a difference anyway.) You thrust your staff forward and in a huge explosion of dirt and sand, huge streams of rock gush out from the front of the staff, smashing into the wall. Putting all your power into the attack, you can feel that the door still isn't budging. Just as you're about to give up, you suddenly fear a shock of power flowing through your body. As you start to hear gears turning and steam gushing out, you realize that your hat seems to be doing something. While you're still wondering what it's doing, you feel a sudden discharge of energy coming from it and going into your staff. The stream suddenly stops and you wonder why it stopped you. Then in about half a second, a gigantic burning meteor-like boulder is ejected from a stream infront of your staff and smashes into the door, completely obliterating it. Small flames rain down around you as the rock exploded when it made contact with the structure and the dust blocks your view into the newly opened doorway. In amazement, you take off your hat and start switching between staring at it and staring at your staff. At last you look at the fort and still manage two say three words: "In. Your. Face."

Okay, go to the other guiz and FIRE MAH LAZOR at the cannon. If that succeeds, hit it with the katana. button pressing is go .

(2) Of course, you're not only the god of reality-bending but also the god of illogicalness. Therein lies your power and that's the way you're gonna use it. Having just seen what horrible consequences your laser can have on your bodyparts, you promptly decide to try it again and see what happens when you fire things from your groin in rapid succession. Not even thinking about what could happen when you fire another one, you just do it. "I'MA FIRIN' MAH LAZOR!", you yell as you thrust your hips forward and await another giant explosion to erupt from them. But nothing happens. Unsure as to why it isn't working, you keep on reattempting, but with the same results. This saddens you and reality starts to distort around you again. Notice to group: Don't make a universe manipulating guy sad.

Try to improve my strength.

(2) Seeing the dead-end still infront of you, you decide to do at least something instead of just standing there and staring at the wall. So setting your mind straight, you decide to become a zen master, using your body to increase your strength and defeat the evils yet to come. Going into a boxer/yoga hybrid position, you close your eyes and concentrate. COMMENCE ROCKY TRAINING SEQUENCE. In your head you start to hear a soundtrack and train to it. Using all your power, you punch the air, do hundreds of sit-ups and push-ups and utilize the very force of mutant power itself to increase your strength. Just as you think you're about to hit the point of increasing your power forever, the soundtrack suddenly stops. Losing all your accumulated power almost instantly, you drop to the floor. You get back up a few seconds later, but you're really depressed about this fruitless training session.

I land in front of the double doors on the third second level of Mechandra

(1) Giving Evra a high-five as you pull him back into the aircraft, you get out of the line of fire of the other cannons. Those seem not happy about the loss of their friend at all. Still, as they fire at you, your amazing flying skills save the day (and probably your lives). As you leave the danger zone, you and your companion think about what to do next. Deciding that it might be a good idea to check out that mysterious second level of the fort. You turn hard and start making your way towards it. On the way you easily avoid any of the incoming cannonballs, but just as you're about to get within a hundred feet of the fort, a huge explosion appears from the castle's gates. You barely manage to avoid flying into the huge shockwave that erupted from it, but it seems like the castle wasn't even moved by it. Everyone inside the fort probably wouldn't even have felt it. Your aerowing however, felt it ... very hard. You manage to stabilize it, but another, worse problem becomes apparent. Above you hundreds of small burning rocks are falling down. A few have already landed on your aircraft, starting to melt their way into it. Ain't lookin' good for ya.

Sadened after loosing my boomerang i shall get revenge by crashing the aerowing right into the thing that makes the shield ontop of mechandra. Oh, and somehow not die by doing so thank you very much.

(5) You stand behind Opal as all the action happens and have faith in her flying skills, but as you see the bullet hell of falling, burning rocks around you, it becomes apparent that not even she can handle this on her own. "Opal." She barely manages to turn her head and say: "Huh?", without smashing into more of them. "Let me handle this." She turns again and looks at you for a second. Probably seeing the determination in your eyes, she nods and gets out of the seat. You on the other hand, jump into it and grab onto the controls. "Hold on!", you call to her as you push the joysticks controlling the aircraft sideways, making a hard turn. You start accelerating till you've reached full speed and then turn back towards Mechandra, aiming towards the weird claws on the top of it. Smashing through the hordes of fireballs, not even caring about the damage they do to your plane, you make your way to it. As you come out of the other side of the burning rain, you approach the giant claws at a high rate. Just seconds away from impact, you grab Opal by the arm and jump out of the aircraft, pulling her with you. (Evra: 1, Opal: 3) You tightly sling your arms around her to protect her from the impact as the two of you smash into the top of the first wall. A huge crater is formed under you by the force of the fall and you almost immediately pass out as you touch the solid ground. Still, before going to sleep you can feel that you've probably broken every single part in your body. Opal has at least fared a little better thanks to your protection. She only seems to have cut herself on several spots and one of her legs seems to be broken. As she looks up she can see (5) that your plan seems to have worked. The aerowing smashed into what seems to be the structural weakpoint of one of the spikes. The claw broke apart and collapsed in on itself. As the thing breaks, she notices a weird half-invisible wall flicker up and then disappear. Victoriously, you can feel that it has worked and your quasi-corpse lies there with a smile on its face.

Write down various songs and play them to figure out if different genres have different effects.

(3) Already giving up on using random sounds as a weapon, you try to use different genres as tactical attacks. Taking your guitar back into your hands, you start playing some songs from different bands and try to find differences in the energies they emit. That is, if they were emitting any at all. It seems like without training your music-bending powers first, using different kinds of music is pretty close to impossible. You don't give up anyways and just keep on playing, hoping to get at least something out of it. But still it won't work. This depresses you and you start playing "Feel Good Inc." again. Over and over.

screw it, mount Scaley and gecko down the wall.

(6) Giving up on your excavation works and seeing that you won't be able to get through this metal stuff anyways, you instead decide to go back down for some reason. Calling over Scaletooth, you jump on his back and tell him to climb down the wall. As you go down the side, you make your way to the path where Dragnar is standing. Just as you're about to call him and say hello, a huge freaking fireball appears infront of him and smashes into the door not far from you. (1) The explosion of the rock is so powerful that it knocks you and Scaley off the wall. Tumbling down, you try to get back on his back and stop the fall, but you don't manage to reach him. Then as you look down, you see the fast approaching ground and (2) WHAM!, smack into it, making a huge crater under you and sending dirt and earth flying in every direction. Your armor protected you a little, but not enough to keep you from braking both of your legs by your failed landing. Looking over to your scaled companion, (2) you can see that he suffered the same as his master, in his case he broke his back feet. The two of you share sobs and wonder about how to fix your legs and get back out of this valley.

=====

As a trade-off for my extreme lateness, I've written a mediocre turn with some semi-epic spots here and there. Hope you like it.
And Tako, it ain't looking good for you there. You should do something about ... you know that. *points at his whole body*
On a other note, I don't know which action to built it into, but the crazy cannon got destroyed from the explosion.

Ok guys, by my count we have three characters with broken legs (Scaletooth, Opal and Richard. Scaletooth totally counts), one with two broken arms (McCoy) and one with broken everything (Evra Von). All this, note, without actually having encountered an actual enemy. Maybe we should get a healer or something? Arcthanus? You're good at stuff that doesn't make any sense working.

I hear some explosions and stuff outside so I wander back to the hallways and attempt telepathic communication with the rest of the group.

P.S. Vince, I thought it was a pretty well written turn. The rocky training sequence had me laughing rum up my nose.
