Well, that didn't pan out. :( Okay, time to actually do something that might help me in the future!

I go and ask the Quantum-Supply for a backpack and a belt (I only have two hands!), as well as a pair of shoes. Also, some article of clothing that can be used for bandages (I feel like we will need them), like a scarf or a cloak.

I'm against putting the orb in the socket this turn, I feel like we might need to prepare for something big.

I make for the fountain. If anyone is getting attacked while there, especially CJ since he is carrying the gray globe, I'll protect them. Otherwise, assuming I make it to the fountain and have some time, I'll enchant my armor to have it give me better protection.

Because with him, it's not a question of failure, it's how epically he will fail.

@Acanthus: Since you're asking the QS for a sword, I'll just put your bonus in sword-fighting skill alright?

Turn 23

I create a standing illusion of lightning crackling around myself to intimidate my foes. Preferably one I can turn off and on depending on the situation.

(6+1) With your parasite being out of danger, you can concentrate on other tasks that might help you along the way. First, you plan on turning into a Super Sayian 2 so that lightning would appear around you and make you enemies run off, fearing the kamehamehas and genkidamas you would unleash on them. But of course it's all just an optical illusion to scare your foes shitless. Anyways, it's time to do not think, so you put your hands together and start to focus. Pushing your inner energies into reality, you try to modify the air around you to show the illusion of bolts crackling around you. As you concentrate, you give off more and more energy. Suddenly you start hearing a sound, it starts with a fizzling, then slowly gets louder and turns into a full-blown thunder around you. As you open your eyes, you see that you seem to have used a little too much energy and in fact, transformed it not into a illusion but into actual electricity. It seems to be flowing around you and when you try to do as much as move, it starts zapping you causing some immense pain. You're pretty much covered in a very, very painful lightning-coat. As you were trying to wiggle around inside the coating, you could see a Ugly approaching you, not even noticing the electricity. As soon as his hand came within a few inches of you, a lightning bolt jumped out and toasted him in a second. If you move any body part just an single inch, you're going to be deep-fried and it won't be nice. (It kinda reminds of that guy in Benjamin Button who was always saying: "Have I ever told you how I got hit by lightning 7 times?")

I go and ask the Quantum-Supply for a backpack and a belt (I only have two hands!), as well as a pair of shoes. Also, some article of clothing that can be used for bandages (I feel like we will need them), like a scarf or a cloak.

(4) Seeing that there's nothing to left to do in this town anymore and that it seems like everybody will be leaving soon, you think you should get a few things before your departure. Quickly marching to the starting house, you enter it to get some stuff from the Quantum-Supply. You approach it and think of some equipment to carry stuff with, so you can finally free your hands of all the stuff your carrying. After getting a backpack and a belt from the QS, you quickly put them on. Then you think of all the injuries the group has sustained so far. Finding it a good idea to think of future situations, you also ask the storage for some scarfs and a long cloak to use as improvised bandages. You put them in your backpack with all the other stuff you've been carrying around and tucked in your shirt. After that you also get some shoes cause walking on the stone floor the whole time is really not comfortable. Having finished your preparations, you wait till something interesting happens.

I make for the fountain. If anyone is getting attacked while there, especially CJ since he is carrying the gray globe, I'll protect them. Otherwise, assuming I make it to the fountain and have some time, I'll enchant my armor to have it give me better protection.
Head for the fountain and see if there's somewhere to put the orb.

(Wemic: 5 ,Tybalt: 4) The two of you giving up on the flaming corpse, jump off before you also catch fire and start walking towards the center with the orb in hand. Heading towards the fountain, because you completely know that you have to go there for some unknown reason, Wemic is pacing around Tybalt with his hammer in hand, ready to bash anybody. Tybalt, being escorted like this was some kind of Capture-the-FlagBall, sighs for a second, before he notices the incoming masses. The two of you stand back-to-back, as you find yourself surrounded by a Ugly Face horde similar to the one around Gray. They suddenly start going for Tybalt, obviously trying to get the gray sphere, but with the help of Wemic, you manage to fend off the enemies. Before this turns into a too sticky situation, you both give eachother a sign and confidently make a run for it, smashing through rows of Uglies on your way to the spring. As you arrive there, both of you sit down and rest for a second, having lost the foes behind you. Wemic, still having enough time decides to do something for his lion-armor. Taking it off for a second, you put it on the floor infront of you. Laying your hands on top of it, you once again concentrate on infusing it with energy. Determined to make it keep of enemies, you enchant it with a spell that makes small metal spikes shout out whenever an enemy touches you, giving you the chance to hurt them and counter-attack. Happy with this achievement, you put it back on and go back to guard-duty. Tybalt on the other hand has jumped into the fountain and started looking for something underwater. You tap along the wall of the spring, wondering just how deep it goes, when you notice a blue glow. Following it leads you to a circular hole in the wall that seems to fit your orb, but you hesitate to put it in the socket, knowing that Opal was against it. You resurface and now that you know where it is, it should be easy to find again once you decide to put the ball in. (putting the orb in the socket is a free action for next turn ONLY)

RAMPAGE!

(2) You were about to rage and kill everything in a radius of a mile, when you notice that the enemies you seek to kill have vanished. Turning your head, you see them all rushing off toward the fountain for some reason. In the distance you can spot Wemic and Tybalt fighting against some of them before running of like cowards. Saddened by this, you lean on your hammer. You're quite unhappy with the fact that you didn't get to kill anything, but it seems like you're about to leave town anyway and you wouldn't have gotten to enjoy it for long. Well at least there's probably more things to kill in the place you're going to.

Sit in the fountain and meditate while the others head over. I may not be the strongest but I will have achieved enlightenment!

(1) You climb up the fountain to a higher one of the plateaus where there's shallow water and sit yourself down. Attempting to become the next Buddha, you cross your legs and start meditating to gain powers far beyond human comprehension. "..." You sit there for quite a while without anything happening. Deciding that this is taking to long, you try to speed things up a bit by doing some weird yoga positions. While doing one extremely hard move, you somehow knot yourself together and can't seem to disentangle yourself. As bad comes to worse, you accidentally touch the diamond and activate your armor. The weight of your protection starts to pull you down till you drop in the lower part of the fountain with the deep water. The crystal armor weighs you down and you start to sink like a rock. You're drowning and not able to deactivate your armor while your stuck. This might not end very good.

Mount Scaly and make for the fountain

(5) After Scaley has calmed down and stopped spewing fire everywhere, you let out a sigh of relief. Suddenly, you see Wemic and Tybalt running towards the fountain while being chased by a horde of Uglies. Thinking that there's probably something interesting over there, you jump on his back and tell him to go to the center of town, following the others. On the way, you command Scaletooth to burn all the Ugly Faces that are pursuing your two friends. You stop for a few moments to keep the horde off to give them some time. After you suppose that they've reached the center, you order your pet to start running again this time picking up the pace. Soon, you reach the spring and see the two doing some random stuff. It won't be long till the enemies reach here so you tell them to hurry up.

Coming out of basically nowhere, a new team-member arrives, seemingly replacing the missing one. He sees Opal first and introduces himself. She gives him some weird looks at first because of his appearance, but then quickly warms up to him. Explaining him how the QS works and who all the other guys in the group are, he decides to look around for himself first after thanking Opal for the help. You also say something about killing everyone with a nuclear explosion, but she ignores it for your own sake. And that of your sanity.

Eh, go to the Quantum Stockpile and ask for a sword. AVOID UGLEH FECES

(6) Unsure how you got here, you see Opal and have a conversation with her. After she gives you a quick summary of what's been going on here, you find particular interest in the hole in the wall behind her. She explains to you that it's the Quantum-Supply and tells you how to use it. Deciding to try it out, you walk up to it and think of a mighty sword that could cut through rows of enemies with one slice. A faint glow appears in the hole and suddenly gets brighter as a sheathed sword comes out of the storage. It basically floats right into your hands and you grab onto it. Even Opal is surprised by this turn of events as the QS never has done quite an entrance like that. You look at the sheath of the blade but it doesn't seem particularly interesting other than the fact that it looks quite modern as if it were some kind of future-tech. But, as you pull the weapon out of its housing, you are basically hearing holy music. The blade of the sword seems to be made of stainless steel with a long carving along it that looks like something you would see on an computer chip. The weapon itself seems to be quite futuristic, until you find something on the hilt. There seem to be to small round buttons with no labeling. Unsure whether or not it's wise to push them, you just keep on looking at the sword a little longer.

Okay, here it is. By the way, Acanthus, I'm unsure about your race. When I looked for pictures there quite a few different versions. What replicant race do you mean exactly?

I mean the ones in Blade Runner.

Also, my action.

I ask the Quantum Stockpile for armor, or failing that, a set of clothes.

I changed myself once, and I shall do so again! I modify either my body or the lightning coat, making myself immune to it's effects.
