Unable to bear seeing reality abused like that twice in quick succession, I get drunk. Next, I try to follow Acanthus to make sure he doesn't do it again. Without falling over.

I guess you're gonna end up with a godly-girlfriend and somebody's head is gonna explode. Guess who.

I think it'd be hilarious if you rolled a five, but I can't even imagine what would happen on a six!
And yes. I am very jealous.  :D

Knock Acanthus unconscious and use HIM as a weapon. :P

MACHINE
Agreed.

Seeing the splendor of the almighty HADOKEN I attempt a similar move: SHORYUKEN!

AWESOME!
...There are no words for how insane that plan is. But you have a 1/36 chance of success!

Machine? Bah! I wanted Darkness. I don't know we can handle Machine yet. I mean, none of us even really knows what a machine is, eh?

So, my cold's gotten a little worse and bound me to the bed yesterday and most of today, but that won't keep me from the doing the turn now. This is the spot where I usually say "sorry for the late turn", but I'll skip that today since all of you are probably already sick of me saying that. So let's go to the part where I say "TURN". TURN. Oh, and for some reason the quotes won't work for me so this will look a little less good than usual.

Turn 27

Quote from: Acanthus (Acanthus117)
spurred on by my success, I go to the temple and attempt to flirt with the angel. (Yes, I do like tempting fate, kthxbai)

(2) Still standing there after your awesome double universe-destroying victory, you sense that there is a female to pick up. But not any normal one, no, a GODDESS. Having just been so successful ... twice, you decide that it can't hurt to try and get a date. Walking out of the jungle, you run down the pathway and towards your happy time. After a while you reach the shrine and see Tybalt, Dragnar, McCoy and your (soon-to-be) girlfriend. Coming down the road and going over to her, you start talking about how beautiful she is and how you would like to go to dinner with her sometime. Even as you talk about a evening dinner in Hell's kitchen, she doesn't seem to react at all, not even looking at you. Not letting this get to you, you attempt to find out what she likes, but she doesn't respond to anything you say. For her it's probably all sounding like: "Bla bla bla, yap yap, boring mortal stuff, argle bargle fargle." Suddenly, something hits you in the back of the head and everything turns black as you pass out.

Quote from: Opal (Faden)
Unable to bear seeing reality abused like that twice in quick succession, I get drunk. Next, I try to follow Acanthus to make sure he doesn't do it again. Without falling over.

(6) After finally being able to think again, you check how much of your brain is still left after all this reality distorting. Feeling like you can still focus normally, you look back over to Acanthus who suddenly starts running out of the forest. "Not again..." Having failed to stop him last time, you sigh and start following him to make absolutely sure that he doesn't get in trouble again. As you sprint after him down the pathway, you take out your flask and start drinking alcohol, still fearing that you'll lose your sanity if it goes on like this. Arriving at the shrine, you hide behind one of the pedestals and spy on him from your hide-out. He starts talking to a women with weird angel wings. When you listen closely, it almost seems like he's hitting on her. "What's he trying to get from that?!" After a few minutes, he suddenly starts moving closer to her and it almost looks like he's trying to grope her. Not being able to control yourself anymore while being drunk like this, you jump out from behind the small column and run up to him. Yelling: "What do you think you're doing?!", you karate-chop him in the back of the neck with the force only a dwarf can use. He falls to the ground and you think you see little comic stars flying in circles above his head. As the goddess notices this, she turns to you and says: "Thank you. He was getting annoying." You grin to yourself for finally having stopped him before he could do something really retarded.

Quote from: Gray (Ninteen45)
Knock Acanthus unconscious and use HIM as a weapon.

(5) Like Opal, you manage to pull your eyes away from Acanthus. What he just did was completely insane, but it seems to have worked. Seeing as how well it went, you decide to try something weird and random, too for a change. Thinking that he was so experienced with doing weird stuff, you think that he would make a pretty good weapon. As you turn around to call dibs on him, you see that he disappeared. Seeing Opal and knowing her, you think she's running after him so you do the same. Following the two of them to the shrine and see her suddenly hide. Unsure why she's hiding, you think that she has to have a good reason and crouch behind one of the outer pillars. Observing her, you wait till she leaves her hide-out and then to the same, you running out. Suddenly you hear a loud smack and as you look, you see Acanthus lying on the floor next to some angel and Opal. You walk up to them and after finding out what's happened, you look back to the unconscious guy. This being your best chance, you grab him at his legs and swing him around like a sword. He seems to be pretty aerodynamic and light. Congratulations, you are now wielding Acanthus!

Quote from: Dragnar (dragnar)
Seeing the splendor of the almighty HADOKEN I attempt a similar move: SHORYUKEN!

(4) You sense a disturbance in the force as Acanthar hadoken'd the local plant-life. No one other than the king of sorcerers (tm) is allowed to do moves as powerful as that. Having to reclaim your throne as the best magician to ever exist ... ever, you think of the only other attack that is right up there with hadoken. "Ok, I've never done this one before, but I have to belief in myself. I gotta do it just like Ryu and Ken would. I have to use all my power, only then I can succeed." With your motivation at the top, you ready yourself. Ramming your staff in the ground, you put on of your hands diagonally-down behind you and focus. Energy starts to build up as your hand begins to burn. Concentrating only on this one attack, you throw your fist up and yell: "SHORYUKEN!" Thrusting your hand upwards, it blurs into a fireball and you fly several feet into the air. As your momentum leaves you, the energy and fire dissipate and you come down to the floor unscathed. Hooray, you just shoryuken'd the air! At least this ensures your dominance as the one and only magical girl street fighter/sorcerer.

Quote from: Wemic (Paranatural)
Scowl at the plants, and try to bend them to my will. Failing that, rejoin the rest with She-Neo The One

(3) When you stop staring and wondering what just happened, you quickly turn around and act all unimpressed. Thinking that you wouldn't have needed his help, you walk deeper into the forest and leave the others be. Looking for another one of those plants, you pay more attention to not get chomped on again. Running around in circles, you can't seem to find anymore of that man-eating weed, till you suddenly see one "sleeping" next to a tree. You slowly sneak up to it and then put your hands infront of you. Concentrating, you try to get into its mind and control its will. Try as you would however, the plant just doesn't react at all to any of your mind-controlling tricks. You get the feeling that these creatures would only follow the command of one person, or rather creature much more than yours. Giving up on the psycho games, you walk back out of the forest and back down the pathway. As you arrive at the crime-scene (i.e. Shrine), you have no idea what's going on and just look confusedly.

Quote from: McCoy (Flintus10)(auto)
I train hand-to-hand combat so I can punch out the enemies with my crystal-fists.

(4) When Acanthus arrives, you stop staring at the goddess and let him take his turn to hit on her. You witness yourself to something else instead, thinking that it would be best to improve your skill a little bit. Going into a boxer position, you start punching the air with imaginary Rocky music in the background. Left hook! Right hook! Uppercut! You throw all kinds of pro-punches and combos, fists flying all over the place. After a while you stop beating the crap out of the stuff you breath. Standing there, you don't really feel any stronger or better at attacking with your hands. It just seems like having a duel with oxygen won't help you very much at improving your talents. It would be much better to actually smack something to gain some actual battle experience. For a moment you glare over to Acanthus, but you quickly dismiss this idea when you notice that he's already been knocked out and used as a weapon. Depressed, you sit down and wait for something to happen.

Quote from: Tybalt (CJ1145)
Wait to see what place the people want to go.

(2) After getting back up, you consider what the One just said and think about the available worlds. Considering that you only have a element or type or something to pick the place by, you have to think sharply as to which one to choose. Unsure about which one to go for, you let it rest for now and get the votes of the other team members. Some of them tell you where they want to go and most seem to want to visit the machine world, but others haven't even decided yet. Looking around and seeing everyone do weird and crazy stuff, you sit down and wait for them to make up their minds, while you think about your choice.

When everything settles down, the people at the shrine notice Richard's absence. He seems to have walked off sometime earlier and never returned. The party members that sense that something's wrong, start calling out to him but he won't respond, nor come back. Even his pet Scaletooth is gone. Mystified, every body goes back to where they were. It seems like something is picking off one after another of your team members. Just what is going on?

Ok, there it is. Since Diakron wasn't here and didn't post in forever, I'ma open his slot for anybody to join. If you're reading this, Diakron, you can come back anytime with all your stuff and I'll add an extra slot for you, but you're inactive till you post again.

Somehow I seem to be weirdly susceptible to illness right now for some reason. Well, till my cold gets better I'll wait for you guys to post, so I'm going back to sleep. G'night.

Edit: Also, everyone who hasn't voted for the next world yet, here's your chance.
