Part of the screen is cut off [EZPack_39e_GB]
« on: March 24, 2010, 01:49:36 pm »

Anytime I attempt to play on my school's computer, part of the screen isn't visible. I attempted to change the resolution (of both monitor and game window) to no avail... not sure about the computer's specs, so I don't know if the problem can even be solved...

You're using an extremely old version of the game.  The current version is 40d, available here, and there's a very major release coming out in about a week.

The monitor's horizontal resolution is probably too low to play DF with a 16x16 tileset (which the EZPack probably uses).  Try using the vanilla version of the game instead (which uses a smaller tileset).

Well, after fiddling 'round with the resolution, I eventually got DwarfFortress ++ to 'sort of' fit on the screen.
