Yes I did. I also got Senators Saiga a rifled barrel, and a low magnification scope. Loads of slug ammunition as well.
-----------------------------------------------------UPDATE------------------------------------------------
Dear Diary, we heard rumors from some locals we were training that there was a pilot living in the swamps to the east, saying he hated our enemy as much as we do. We decided to pack up and head to the swamps, to search for the pilot.
After a limited skirmish in the swamp, we stumbled across a small cabin. Senator elected to search it, in case the Pilot was in there. And Hunter went with him just in case, as the rest of us stood watch.
Nothing crazy happened, he said he'd fly us around so long as we paid for fuel plus a little extra.
Once we reached the SAM site we came up with a plan. The only real defensible position was the small barracks next to the SAM site, so we needed to take it. Grunty would cut the chainlink fence, providing a hole for Irontooth to get through so he could plant a TNT charge on the side of the building. This would cause harm to anyone inside, and provide us with a safer entry point.
Snow, with her new found love of German firearms, let loose a shot of 7.92x57 through the back of the head of a guard unlucky enough to be spotted by Snows sharp eyes.
Snow and Irontooth would provide support fire from the roof while the rest of us swept up the area.
Then, just as it looked like this would be an easy mission, a red shirt popped up and put a bullet in Gruntys face.
Grunty scooted away into a nearby closet, Hunter had the most Medical experience so he would go to Gruntys rescue. We began picking off the rest of the red shirts.
Snow was really laying into them with her new rifle
Senator got the last killing blow with his Saiga12. He seems to be very fond of it.
And with that dear diary, we were successful at taking the SAM site. Grunty was patched up by Hunter. Hunter says it's a medical marvel that Grunty is alive. It's a medical
miracle that Grunty isn't brain dead. However, he claims to have forgotten what "Michigan tastes like". I can't tell if that's because of brain damage or if it's just Grunty being Grunty.
We're going to Cambria via helicopter next chance we get. The enemies seem to be getting real weapons now, hope I get out of all this okay.
As always, ~Trevor
Loot :
Yep, the enemies are starting to drop real weapons, which means they're getting tougher.
