Hrm, are we getting into a habit of linking things twice?  This happened with that OOTS strip, too...

It is unreasonable to expect someone to read every thread that might be tangentially related before posting their topic.
Unless a thread states in its topic that it covers a certain thing, there is no reason to expect everyone to know that it does.

In order to improve the universe's frame rate, we must all throw rocks into volcanoes and then do absolutely nothing, worldwide, for a week, to take pressure off pathfinding.
or maybe throw them into the large hadron collider to atom-smash them instead.
Not to mention to throw all available animals into tiny pits.

Twice?  This is like the seventh time.

I would of preferred if she fell in the water and got eaten.

Twice?  This is like the seventh time.

Yes, this is actually the third time in two days, likely shattering whatever previous record was held for repeated postings of this story.

Yeah I don't feel so bad about not forcing anyone to click anything they didn't want to.

It's not a case of being omnipresent, it's just a case of checking nobody has posted the same damn thread before. Not difficult.

One was hiding in a thread about flying fish, and the other wasn't even in the DF subforum.

Honestly I was just sharing something that I thought was funny and related. That's the idea, you don't need to come in an derail every thread which might be redundant just because you are clinging to forum etiquette.  I really don't care if it was posted before, if you don't want to click the link twice, you don't have to. Nobody is forcing you to look at duplicate posts.

Sometimes I really get the feeling that no one can post anything on this forum without having some sort of negative response concerning a technicality within a few replies. Get over it and stay on the subject.

edit: Normally you check for related posts when you are asking a question on a forum or trying to solve some technical issue. That is because you are asking someone to help you, when they probably have already answered the question a dozen times. I wasn't asking you to do anything.
