Diaobolus, if you're still in, you better say so QUICKLY! because, otherwise, confusion will ensue.

Anyhow, nice one rolan7.

Grimith, don't envy you right now. Your job to check whether any of those names on the list are taking their turn, or whether you are up next. hmm.

Holy crap. I didn't expect my next visit to the Bay 12 Games Forum to contain both Rolan7's and Diablous' Liberal Community Squad turns. Nice job, both of you; Rolan7, I particularly loved the non-LCS image you tossed in for lulz. Well, I presume you tossed it in for lulz. I could be wrong. =P

At any rate... that, uh, well, I reckon it's my turn now. Crud. I was hoping I could put that off for like another week. I'm currently about to watch the second half of this playoff sportsball game, but, after that, some time later tonight or early tomorrow morning, I'll settle down with Liberal Crime Squad and get to work. I haven't played the game since I finished recording my LGWI series. I may be able to make something exciting out of nothing!

That's both Elite Liberal Amendments passed, Congress Elite Liberal, the Supreme Court Elite Liberal, and the Executive Branch subverted with laws in freefall to Elite Liberal. Barring any horrificly Conservative events, this won't last much longer.

Lulz??? Warhammer 40K is SERIOUS BUSINESS.  Also, grimdark.

Glad you liked my turn!  It was a direct result of watching some of your LGWI series and being inspired.

It's too bad that I'm still too busy to join in and grab the save, or else something horribly. Conservative would happen. Me.

Anyway, glad to see this worked out, despite the people who dropped. And that bugged turn had me laughing way harder then I have in months. It was painful. :D

Good work guys!

Video Links: Turn 12 (A) / Turn 12 (B)

Report: I pulled Grimith out of retirement and had him do some maintenance work to keep the issues Elite Liberal while everyone else hacked Corpnet. There are a few exciting moments interspersed within the videos since I sent Danforth Justice out on his own... with his bare fists... and, uh, instigated a really familiar event which got Jesus Kaltenbrunner killed. But I escaped the situation fine enough. More Conservatives are dead, more loot was obtained... and, well, I only made two gaffes of importance:

#1: I accidentally alienated the masses at the CEO Residence. Silly Grim here forgot about not having a weapon when he tried to kidnap a CEO. Not only did he fail to capture said CEO and lose some juice, but there were some nearby Liberals who disappoved of my tactics. I patched up my error a bit, but the issue may still be weaker than the others. There may also be fewer folks who hold the LCS in high regard. Whoopsadaisy.
#2: I forgot to try to kidnap a Conservative, name him after rickvoid, and get him installed as a sleeper. My apologies! Perhaps someone else will fix this oversight on my part.

Anyway, yeah. I originally thought I'd play my turn for like forty-five minutes, make it super-long-drawnout, and entice the RNG to give me many more exciting events. I didn't need much convincing to scrap that idea and just get on with finishing my turn.

Next up, for lucky turn thirteen, is Wimdit! Hurrah.

Holy crap. I didn't expect my next visit to the Bay 12 Games Forum to contain both Rolan7's and Diablous' Liberal Community Squad turns.

Spent most of my turn with everyone at base waiting to get raided. Nothing happened. Kinda boring really. Looking at the time stamps, my turn took about a hour.

That's both Elite Liberal Amendments passed, Congress Elite Liberal, the Supreme Court Elite Liberal, and the Executive Branch subverted with laws in freefall to Elite Liberal. Barring any horrificly Conservative events, this won't last much longer.

The system of checks and balances in the government are working in our favor. Thank you Montesquieu!

I actually passed a few months as a test, and the conservative president appointed a new supreme court justice when one stepped down!  He managed to get a moderate one past the elite liberal congress.  No worries though, because they immediately *passed the amendment again*, exiling the newly appointed moderate justice for being too conservative, and allowing "the president" to appoint a new one.  I think that part's misleading, though, since "the president" always appoints elite liberals as part of this amendment.  I think we're supposed to have a liberal president before getting this amendment through, haha.

wonder if windit and euchrejack are going to show up before I get the turn shoved to me...

Also, the liberal amendment to get Supreme Justices should more or less always come through before the presidential election, unless you've REALLY been slacking around in your game.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Liberal Indoctrinated: 128
Liberals Martyred: 31
Conservatives Kidnapped: 39
Conservatives Killed: 651

Save

Sorry if anyone thought the wait meant it would be bigger.

I think it's past time to disband. I was really just messing around, and I got a bit slack with the screenshot-taking. I didn't know that unarmed former Arch-Conservatives would do that, though, so that was good.

Given what happened the last time I tried a pre-election disband, I wouldn't recomend this course of action. How did you get the               Ex-Arch-Conservatives to do that, anyway? Wait? Attack? I must know!
