I think it's weird that megabeasts are so weak. I mean, I understand wanting to have heroic dwarves and stuff, but this dragon must be like 20 feet long if dwarves are able to take it down. Maybe I've just got the 200 foot D&D dragons stuck in my head.

Also, the megabeasts seem more like the kill and eat, maybe hoard treasure, kind of wildlife.
Not really the snatch hostages/slaves/worshippers/offerings kind of animals. Maybe the "grab a meal to eat now and another to eat tomorrow" creature.
