Now, DF is the sort of game that's stereotypically only interesting to a specific subset of guys, and no women. So who actually plays it? I know this isn't a wholly male community, but are female DF players a statistically insignificant minority, or are we closer to normal population ratios? Let's find out.

This whole thing no longer strikes me as a problem but I do hope we don't get the drama we got the last six(?) times. If there is a lock, make it quick, make it painless.

Also, the stats screen near the bottom of the front page should help you.

Well, I guess it'd be interested to find out how many people who play DF are transsexuals or otherwise, but apart from that, surely you could use that information to work out how many males we have on the site and how many females.

EDIT: I have no idea how to do that. Or rather, I haven't thought about it. Would that be 12809/6.4?
