In this game there are many things I have and have not done, I have fought the snake cultists, I have wrestled a giant spider, I have fought the baron for his curse and almost won. I have escaped a castle through it's water ways. I have climbed the tallest tower in ravenfall and fell from it. I have made my way to far northern wastes, where few have tred, and studied under the guru for his wisdom. I have then fought the beasts of the waste, and stood at the foot of the legendary glacier where the true horrors of ice live. I have been beneath the waves and fought the pirates under the ocean. I have spent countless hours in front of a forge, finally creating a weapon only a true master can use to it's greatest effect. I have studied dark arts, in darker places. I have fought my way through a grueling gauntlet, to stand at the foot of a temple dedicated to the immortal machine god, and later I allowed myself to take away great power from there.
All with one character or multiple? If multiple how many? And about that fall from the highest tower of Ravenfall. Did you survive?
Multiple over two iterations of the game. And you can't die in this game, you just get the crud beaten out of you repeatedly, you can also get thrown into a jail cell or ejected out of a tower in some places, and other fun effects, but it's mostly just exp loss and maybe some equipment if your opponent decides to take it. The losses of equipment and exp get much worse as you rise in ranks.
I am loving this, my guy is Yarn, where can I learn other styles?
There's a bunch of places, the more accessible styles can be gotten to easily by looking around for the tutors, they're mostly in plain sight, some of the teachers are harder to get to, the wrestling teacher can be anywhere, majet is hard to find, stealth less so but still difficult, wardancer has a test you need to pass before you can take it which can be tricky without help or an already good combat character. Apocurphyc has a lot of dangers involved related to training in dark arts, and you'll have epileptic fits and wind up with broken limbs along the way (but get some awesome powers).
If you want to look for the styles on your own go ahead, they can usually be found with a hint from the help file and a little searching. Otherwise I'm happy to spoil it for you if you don't feel like doing that.
EDIT: Something I should mention, the map you get in game is kind of sucky, in my experience the one found on the website is much better, you can get it here:
