No sword, but there IS a cuvaceous Russian woman with a futuristic assault rifle in the passenger seat!

Just 1 and 2/3 pages so far, but I've already abandoned (literally) one annoying character, two people have been beaten up and a pick-axe is becoming a central part of the story.

Also, slight change of plans on my part, I told about this thing to a friend who got so excited we'll be doing the script half-and-half. So instead of just a single person with little plans or ideas, there will be two! And we won't converse the story at all, everything will just happen right in the script! This will be great!

Now's the time for great manly sleep! The two remaining awesome pages of my first quota will wait for the real April 1st, this fake one at the middle of the night will not do anymore!

My Script Frenzy doesn't start for another eight hours, which is weird because it's 7:50 and it's supposed to start at  midnight.

TURNED OUT I WAS WRONG IT'S ON NOW OH OH IT'S ON

I guess I'll enter. I've been meaning to write a script for a while. Of course, I've been working on a game al of a sudden, and that might suck up my script time.... Oh whatever, I'm in.

Have we started yet? And some others cheated.

My region started two hours ago and I have three and a half pages.  Going to bed, I might start again tomorrow morning or I might play a solo game of 40k to test out my Nurgle army.  We'll see how it goes.

It's been Script Frenzy for ten-and-a-half hours here. And I don't have anything yet. Unsurprising, I'm dead tired from yesterday's construction efforts.

I'm partly considering doing a narrative recounting of the events of the first two worlds of Multiworld Madness (or just the first), instead of the epic script I've been thinking of. Might work.

Currently been April for 18 hours.

Progress: 0 Characters, I have no ideas and I don't even have the script writing program installed. Probably won't start until Sunday either.

Right, I'm in, sorry for the delays. I'll be writing:

"Drawing with your eyes closed and ending up with something cool"

School finished today, and I'm installing arch linux on a new (well, old) laptop tonight, but hopefully I'll crank out a few pages.

EDIT: got 2.5 pages done, will catch up tomorrow, it's 0120 hrs now and I think time to sleep. Currently, this is hard, but I suppose the characters will develop anyway. I very much do need to progress the setting though. I have it planned but I suppose I have to get there first. me me me me me etc.
http://drop.io/GetiScriptFrenzy for the (as of now) tiny .pdf; Title page needs fixing, ceebs for now.
If someone could have a squiz and say weather it's currently fitting the bill, that would be sweet. I'm more of a short story kinda guy, but oh well.

No, because "hurr durr macdonald mak u fat" is overplayed.  It was about a glitch in the (fully automated) future McDonalds that made it impossible to order food (Since they make the food with replicators, you can't just break in and take it).  Since McDonalds was the sole provider of food in this dystopia, the world collapses.  The story would follow a shady grifter-type character who was forced to go out and find a fix for a small town's McDonalds, on the way finding compassion, honesty, and maybe a little love.  It would also have a huge McDonalds walking around on giant metal spider legs.

I decided not to go with it in favor of Dash Gunmetal:  The Movie.

4 and a third pages.

New DF has been released in an attempt to stop us, we can't fail, we won't.

There we go, think I've got everyone's page totals updated. The new DF release and the subsequent server-molesting of the forum has made things a bit patchy, but things are going strong!

Personally I'm up to around the 3 pages mark all up, with 4 pages of comic, just heading into page 5 now. Already blown out my plotting for this opening scene from 2 pages, so does that bode well or not? My outlines tighten up a bit from here on in, but there's still plenty of wriggle room.

Up to 6 pages, woot, on mark for today. Will do some excess tomorrow likely, which should be fun. Starting to get some feeling for the characters.
Need to do more plot but oh well, no time, its past midnight and time for resting my eyes. Been installing shit onto the arch lappy all day on CAPPED INTERNET BANE OF ALL MEN.

Wont upload the .pdf, but still need feedback on the format. I've dropped the "stage left stage read blah blah" for a more context sensitive approach, and made it seem a tad more movie-ish. Still don't know what it is, could be either I suppose

But yeah, 6 pages :)

I liked it. It's kind of theatre-ish, I think movie format would call for more exposition (you know, like landscapes or something)... Or, I would cut this first scene of your script very short... Uh, I don't know.  Looking back at my script, I'd say your dialogue is very strong.

On a different note, I've already posted my 29-pages-long flawed epic, and it haven't got a mention in the OP. What's wrong with it? What's wrong with me? *Writer's block. :)
