This will work much like Let's Not Play SimCity4!/Let's Play Internet!
Except you will only be able to make folders, move icons, and use icons.
NOTHING GOES IN THE RECYCLE BIN. The only exception are the .gb1/.gb2 files.
Red outline is in an invisible folder.

P.S. Be specific with the icons. This is to prevent the inevitable "Move everything into X." Another ignored commad is:
