What guess for how much more time you might need?  Technically turns are limited to a week, but unless someone objects if the turn's player is actually playing and close to finished we've talked about not enforcing that.  As long as it doesn't risk killing the game and you'll be able to make progress soonish, I don't object to you having another day or few.

You've done good works, sirnincompoop!  I am content to let your save stand as far as you've progressed it, if you agree to that and no one seriously protests.  And I have been fearing for the health and survival of our game as well.

Perhaps some good turns can take less than a full game year 

Thus, upload your save, lordnincompoop, and rest assured that your fractional year shall reside in our history with it's proper pride of place.

I believe that our next turn should have one of three options, to either play out the rest of the current year as well as their normal full year too, or to simply play to the end of this current year, or to play one full year from the current spot.  In other words, flexibility, may the next player do whatcha want, and lets all keep this map in play!

Huggz answered my mail, saying that he had stopped playing DF for now (egads, sacrilige in our ranks!) so to please remove him from the list.  NotQuiteJesus asked to withdraw his turn as well, so here's our updated history and current list of pending players.

Also, I'd prefer it is you guys wouldn't do much to the last three z-levels, and the 3x3 shaft going up and down the fort (in the middle of the living complexes) as I have stuff planned for those, which, ideally, I'd get back to in a future turn. (So sign me up again for some future year)

Do you want to take 209?  It's the next year open.  If not, just speak up when you do want your turn and you'll get the next open slot!  No gaurentees about 'the future of the fortress'; what each player does during their turn is, well, their turn, though I hope our map survives for a good long run.

K. What do you prefer for file hosting? DFFD? FileFront? MegaUpload? Something else?

Also, I'm hoping the next guy has a good PC. FPS is a bit low, now.
