uhh Rope is constantly slimy like EVERYTHING on her is coated in a layer of saliva then add her side ability to spit Webs of her sweat which she constantly pours of also.
I think her organs are coated with saliva she leaves pool of Saliva where ever she goes.
Blugh, I'm trying to imagine a slime-covered elf wandering around with cats and stuff - the smell must be horrendous. Don't know if that's more disgusting than some of my modded creatures but eh.

I'm currently figuring out how i want to proceed with building "Hotlovers", and randomly after cutting a tree a human recruit appears on my site.
For some unearthly reason my fingers decided to ask this rando to become a hearthperson, and for some unearthly reason they agreed.
Now iv'e got some weirdo who won't even tell me their name who's supposed to be my hearthperson.

And i'll probably never see them again...

I know he does, I'm just messing around - these types of lines never cease to amuse me, i.e "When in doubt, consider torture."

Attempting to play a technical pacifist adventurer.  After confronting a group of bandits terrorizing a village and beating them to a bloody pulp, I then proceed to argue with them about the values of law, truth, and peace until they agree with me.  I'm not sure if this does anything useful but they did run away without attacking anyone else... though they were probably just scared.  Is it possible to 'reform' bandits into upstanding citizens?

My centaur attacking naga adventurer was a failure in terms of some recent modding changes and errors I didn't account for so I remade my naga adventurer in a new world. Killed a shadow creature that was tied to a warrior (naga hearthperson) quest/task and gonna investigate criminal activity in a very nearby area of my naga's civ.

But before all of that when I went to talk with the naga empress (not the quest giver, myrmidon is) and she had this to say:

Last night I slew two ettins in different caves. Didn't put up much of a fight. Hired two new companions, a dwarf crossbowman and a vutchnell recruit. I gave the recruit a steel sword and some human armor, and he's already earned a name for butchering olm man warriors by the half-dozen. They're utter pushovers, it seems, even though their civ is fairly well equipped. The olm man patrol was just following us around and went lethal when we dropped out of fast travel.

Is it possible to 'reform' bandits into upstanding citizens?

I don't think so. They'll still have a reputation with the civ as 'dangerous brigands', and nothing you can do will change that, even if they do go on to find a more legal occupation. You could hire them and bring them to your isolated villa far away as hearth persons, and at that point they seem to remain there. Although, you'd have to be a legendary hero or bard to hire all the bandits you reform, whether you're making them hearthpeople or just asking them to wait there.

I found out you can slap a interaction that change the trait of excitement seeking to be extremely high which makes anyone you talk to willingly join you on adventure if infected.
I mean this is practically a modder version of a dfhack script and doesn't work on folks on duty and I guess kids.
probably need to stress test this more on the more hostile groups.

Interesting. I was using one that made people angry/impulsive to see if I could start fights, and one that made people joyous and value merriment to see if I could trigger dances.

So I helped the merchants fight off the zombie goblin merchants.

Unfortunately it doesn't "stick", and I "accidentally" wrote a poem soooo...

Could literally cover every tile in this town with re-dead goblin corpses and it wouldn't matter.
