My adventurer went full Kirito on the archangel just now. I was fighting with sword and shield against an archangel that was a massive ape made of granite, with fire breath. Suddenly, he smashed away my shield- apparently that's a thing. Then, I drew my second sword- a blistering metal long sword I got from a separate vault that I didn't get far in. Swinging my blistering and flickering metal swords, I managed to finish off the archangel covered in bruises and on fire. But finally, I had ki- burnt to death? Armok dammit... And the slab was right behind it...

Ummm.  So I stopped to investigate a traveler, and I found this walking by, alive and elven.

This is clearly a worldgen issue.  I spoke to it and it fell over.  I stabbed it once and it died despite no blood coming out.
The cap also fell off when I talked to it. And it told me about how it was injured.

I do recall having a gremlin recruit agree to join me once.
I haven't seen the second glitch myself in-game though, but I've seen atleast one thread on it.
It probably died after being stabbed once because the game updated it's state, so it fell over because it had no brain. There's something similar with necrosis IIRC.

gremlins might be sentient enough to hold a conversation with now which lead to those two followers.

Getting enough axedwarves ready to breach a cavern, but this is only my second time breaching. Is there a kind of standardization in creature spawns per cavern?

Confronted the general, just looking for a way to upset the kingdom... But no, I got something much better- a vampire on vampire wrestling match. He was a great wrestler, and I was a grand master wrestler. Thanks little badger. Since I always drink the blood of everyone I ever kill, I found out in the middle of a fight with an oddly tough priest he was a vampire. Drink blood, turn into vampire, proceed to dominate the priest who was about to kill me. Walk up to general, find out he's a vampire, begin wrestling. I ended the fight by throwing him into a wall and exploding his head. The queen... She actually said this was great. I got something other than inevitable.

My first ever vampire got encased in ice while swimming towards the continent that had /all five/ of the necromancer towers... I wanted to try being a necromancer so much : (

I once got told to go find someone for directions and information. I got there and found the guy, started talking to him, he died right afterwards.

Guy had his neck torn off a year or two earlier, moved to town, was known to be well-informed despite the lack of a head, and then died because I talked to him.

That is hilarious.

In my own adventures, a random jabberer recruit bit my hand off and I nearly bled to death. I am now about to be killed by about a thousand dingoes.

Made some joke interactions, including one that increased my strength 50 times, then became a vampire after that. Punched a troll in the chest, it exploded in gore... I am sufficiently happy with this.
