i cleared out a camp and then hunted down some roaming goblins i noticed that they all seemed to be coming from the camp but that dident make sense eventualy i found a second camp nearby most of the goblins escaped that camp but i have a heap of loot here to sort through sorting through loot sucks but its necessary if you want to survive

(also i managed to hit somebody in the heart eariler ive had horrible luck getting heartshots lattly

Woke up to a bunch of dingoes trying to gnaw me in the head, which has a iron helm of excellent quality, gave one a few kicks to the butt and then climbed up a tree to get my beauty sleep.

Watch as something climbs up a tree after you and gives you a love-tap on the toe, causing you to spontaneously plummet.

i just got robbed for the first time they think they scared me i droped my sword shield and backpack but that was just for show i dont need them to kill the whole group

edit: well it seems im not fucked at all because aggressiveness is still broken

another edit:nope i am fucked i guess eating and drinking dont take enough time for the enemy to go from passive to agressive or maybe they freaked when i told them my name

i wish that ambushes got listed in legends

oh there's no melee aggressiveness but there is ranged. so yeah those bowmen still will kill ya.

I just found a cave with a pathway to the caverns. Down in the caverns, I found an ettin, who promptly fled. I ran after him and gave him a few hits with my axe. The I proceeded to hit him with a necromancer's book I got earlier (the zombies in this tower were surprisingly friendly, I only had to kill ten of them, the rest just did not care). While beating the crap out of the ettin, I had a nice talk with him. I even offered him the position as lord of a small dark pit, which he gladly accepted. This was followed by horrified screams on the ettin's side, not even my comment about the weather ("At least it doesn't rain down here") could cheer him up. He eventually bled to death.

I love DF. You can tell that someone has played it a lot by the way they can make a comment like this and act all nonchalant about it.

Currently trying to fight a firebreathing fox demon in a dark tower, except one thing, it's as cowardly as hell, he talks about fighting and wanting to fight, but doesn't. I thought demons had the [NOFEAR] tag?

Anyways, I brought three companions to the site to assist in killing it (and more guys to clear out the population), but they bailed very early on.

I've managed to break his wrist/hand which is still spouting goo and I'm trying to disable him somehow. Tried yanking off his clothes, but haven't managed to yet. It's just a lot of running around at top speed to the tune of benny hill and trying to attack or whatever, hasn't attacked me yet.

Meanwhile the goblins are attacking the trolls and each other.....

Edit: ARG, any tips for pulling the clothes off of the demon?

I once got ambushed by about 3 times that many peoples. it is terrifying.

Uhoh, I guess the stinking filth covering causes a syndrome, although it took a REALLY long time for the fever to start and it's a slight fever anyway.

Edit: Slept it off with sleep. Do demons sleep? It'll be easier killing it without having to run around.

it's just that once you cross over to NPC's then it starts getting a lil hairy.
