Brand new version; brand new adventures. First thing I did was walk into a house and randomly accuse the dwarf I found in there of being a night creature. She didn't like that and told me to STFU.

I did the same thing, except I accused a kid.  I can't tell what I'm looking at on the town-level maps. I'm not sure where the buildings are at all.

I've met a girl working as a first rumour.
What the heck is going on in this town?

I'm pretty sure those kindof titles are to do with religion; I had something like a High Flame in one town.
You know how religious people in the game always say stuff like "Praise be to Rumours"? Well, it's like that: They use them as an honorific for priests. :)

I made a new adventurer. After the hammerman companion I found in the town died, I just tried to go back to the hamlet. But I kept being attacked, and I got ambushed by the molten fangs. Several times. I killed them all. Then I died to bogeymen.

Oh dear...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
This was in the catacombs under a city. I didn't last too long after this.

Both mummies I've encountered so far have been beekeepers. The first kept on reanimating the ostrich feather that I was carrying. I think ThreeToe was right about the extra fun.

I spawned near a tomb, broke in and nearly got killed by traps. Then got killed by a mummy. I then spawned near a different tomb with a new character, broke in and got killed by a mummy. I then swam through a river, went to explore a town and then got mauled by about 30 elves... This game isn't very nice... :D

Anything that is now post-organic (or at least in my unlucky peasant) wants to kill me!

Where is the magic when you need it?

Yay evil powers.

Haven't found a tomb, temple, or necromantic tower.

 :(

Yet.

If they are priests, they are supposed to mention that (say praises to their gods, that sort of thing). The people I've met didn't.

My first quest was to kill a human outcast who was hiding in a leather shop in the south of the city I started in. I had no trouble finding him, but apparently the townsfolk weren't all on the same page on the whole "outcast"-issue so the fight with him started a loyality cascade. Fantastic.

I'm starting to hate bandits.  They ALWAYS ambush me when I'm off to attack their hideouts.  I usually lose the ability to walk, or get a chipped bone, or just generally overpowered.  It's annoying.

Fisrt adventurer in 34.01 was a peasant that got in the catacombs and was killed by a mummy.

The second was a hero. Ambushed by bandits and killed.

Now I am playing a demigod. His first companion happened to be a vampire. I fought with him, now in the middle of nowhere his cultists appeared! Luckily the citizens of the town helped me. Now I am going to kill the same bandit that killed my other adventurer.

Exactly what part of the cities can you enter catacombs?  The new city map is...confusing.

Just look for a temple. There should be an entrance to the catacombs in there.
