found out one of my quests had like 10 or so night creatures in a single cave, just gained a few heads :P i decaped every single one of them, so far thats my record for night creatures in a single cave. one of them wouldnt stop charging so i threw it and then decaped it wile it was still down. YAY FOR LONG SWORDS AND WRESTLING AT THE SAME TIME!

also counted the bodies it was 11

also i found a night creature with a child so i cut the child's head off and beat the parent to death with it.

300 human/elf/dwarf/goblin/kobold bodies 20 random animal/fish/bird bodies and 3 dragon bodies all in one backpack. fun stuff.

Should've dismembered the parent, then chopped off the head, then beaten the child almost to death with it, then let it live, to be mentally and emotionally scarred for the rest of its life.

I've been attacking this same night creature for almost a day (in game I mean).  It's just not dying. I've fractured pretty much all of its bones in multiple places, but my weapons (stone spear, wood spear, both from the Wanderers' crafting mod) can't make it bleed and can't seem to get a lucky hit on its head to kill it.

So my spear and other skills have skyrocketed, at least.

edit:  And it just died after I managed to bruise its brain by stabbing it with a stone carving knife... lol.

I'm using a wood spear in my cave adventures.

Just retired a corrupt adventurer with over a hundred kills to his name, including a roc, two dragons, a titan, and far too many kobolds to count.  There were probably many more, but they bled to death from their clothing catching fire, so the kill list doesn't show them.
Before that, I had a pure adventurer whose armor and weapons kept evaporating every time they got stuck in an enemy.

Genned a new world again to see that everything was working with my new creatures' civs- set savagery Very High, civs Very High, distinct places Very High and creatures Very High.

Cue the entire world being one giant swamp and the lone hamlet in the ENTIRE WORLD as of year 5 belonging to my Drazardmen. There's roughly 10 of them in a village while the elves and dwarves rip goblins to shreds (the humans died out in the first year- their sole fort got ruined in the first year), and kobolds died out year 4 because of their carnivorous habits. :P

The drazardmen (I guess because their population isn't high enough to sustain warfare yet) are the only ones who haven't been marked in a conflict- their first guard: Ape Manwonders has slaughtered a hydra and a giant whilst defending Whiskycloistered. :P
Also, a goblin got a title. "The Epidemic Piss-Pick of Knots."

Ape Mandwonders, guardian of the drazardmen race, that would make for a good DF adventure story.

Kogsak Lelummonom Omet Idos adventurer in year 125 has found an abandoned fortress (Peachspiral) that covers three travel map tiles, inside the fortress are a bunch of animals I've had two spawns of monkeys and one each of ground hogs and horses, each time I go to one end animals show up in herds at the other end. I've been able to rest safely in one of the gate towers.

I'm going to have a ton of bush meat to sell when I get back to town.

Upon starting my Outsider, I was given a quest to kill a tiger.

Off I went, naked and insane and armed with a spear, and kill the tiger I did. Then I picked the tiger up... and something happened.

I hefted the tiger in my hand... smeared in Tiger Blood... and I was overcome with the power of Charlie Sheen.  With a cry of "WINNING" I hurtled off into the world, only to find that a tiger makes an

Every shot that landed on a head resulted in a broken spine. Every, single, strike.  I went on a killhappy rampage, me and my tiger...
I named him Hobbes, naturally...

Until I was finally attacked out of the blue by a deer who antlered me in one shot.

now 74 other kills now with 13 horses.

I lost my backpack and waterskin when I took a nap for 1 hour in the middle of the day without them on my person. I was inside a fortress tower and they were 1 space away jeeze Toady, have a heart, there were about 30 in the backpack along with all the meat, bones, skins, skulls, tripe, and so on, chest full of coins, iron pike, and a couple of nice bags.

searched all over the fortress, I guess they made it to the bit bucket.

Kill method now sneak next to target and strike to upper body or head with long pokey bolt, it either one shots or gives them a sucking chest woulnd.

good night and pray to Amok the night terrors stay away.

Made a male human, high strength and agil, talented in misc object usage, proficient in dodging, and adequate swimming.

Found a craftshop, like I planned, removed ALL my items, killed the craftshop owner with the dead body of the first guy I killed, took a cow bone scepter ( found a hippo bone scepter, but discarded it ) and the only thing I'm wearing is a graphite crown.

Now I'm beating random peasants to death with a sort of bovine golf club, wearing a crown, and in my mind, babbling incoherently.
