Finally learned how to adventure properly
Vettkinna Rainbrain started off as a lowly elf peasant. Upon journeying into the wilds, she found a human bandit camp and was able to steal some goods. Returning to the nearby town, she decided to trade the stolen goods for a copper bow with some metal arrows and started dabbling with it. Little did she know that this would be the start of her legendary acts of heroism. She traveled the land and accepted quests to put down troublesome bandits. A few days and several arrow littered corpses later, she traded her goods for a finely crafted +bronze whip+, and it turns out that she was quite gifted with it. Armed with her trusty whip, a bronze shield and her rope reed fiber clothing, she unleashes pain upon her foes and tearing brains left and right. For her heroic acts, she became known as Vettkinna Rainbrain "The Pantomime of Moistening" by the local populace.
Her latest exploit involves her quest to slay a forest titan which was terrorizing a human hamlet. The temple was quite far, for she embarked on dawn from the local fortress and arrived on sunset. Sneaking around the temple, she found the hulking titan surrounded by a horde of gold coins and equipment, which probably used to belong to the dead skeletons lying around. Vettkinna was drowsy from the journey, and figuring that the titan would simply sit still on that same spot, she crawled to a secluded corner of the temple and made a quick snooze. Asleep, the night came and she was awakened by annoying cackling. Alas, as she got up from her sleep, a bogeyman made kicks her form behind, bruising her liver. Since she has never fought against these vile creatures of the night, she scrambles away, alerting the nearby forest titan. The hulking giant charges at her but Vettkinna dodges past him. Somehow, this diverted the bogeymen's attention to the titan and Vettkinna sneaked out of the battle to hide behind a limestone pillar. The four bogeymen ganged up on the hulking giant but because of its tough hide, the giant was able to put up a fight.
Vettkinna has never fought bogeymen before, let alone a titan, and stayed behind cover, contemplating on the dire situation. However, as the bogeymen started tearing off the titan's limbs one by one, she decided to enter the fray turning the battle into a crazy three-way fight between an elf, a titan and four bogeymen. Sneaking behind one of the bogeymen, she charged at it and started to whip its limbs apart. It was a difficult battle and the bogeyman managed to bruise her lower leg. Enraged, she lashed at the bogeyman's head with all her strength, cracking it open and smashing it's brain. The other three night creatures were still busy fighting the hand-less titan, and Vettkinna, filled with rage and blood-lust, started killing the bogeymen one by one. A few hours later, the bogeymen was reduced to just one man, and as Vettkinna was hitting it from behind, the titan promptly kicked and shattered the night creature's head.
The final battle was fought between an enraged little elf and an ancient hulking forest titan. The battle went for hours, almost reaching sunrise, for the titan, though hand-less and in extreme pain, still fought with what strength it has left. On a desperate attempt, the titan tried to bite the little elf warrior, but it was blocked by her bronze shield. Vettkinna, though in pain from her bruised liver and leg, counterattacks with her bronze whip. It hits the titan's head and the head sails off in an arc, concluding the battle. Relieved, she rests for a while and started checking out the titan's horde. Disappointed by the usual large human junk that's too big for her to wear, she searches more carefully. And then there it was, her reward, something that she never had before. It was probably owned by the nearby dead dwarf ages ago, but she now owns it and wears it with pride. Vettkinna Rainbrain "The Pantomime of Moistening" got her first copper breastplate.
